The painters were very conscientious - they consulted us when they saw things that preceded their arrival to ensure that our perception of their work wasn't tainted. Both the house exterior and garage walls were completed on time and we were very satisfied.

The painters did a great job on the interior of our house. This was a big job with a lot of room for mistakes. They meticulously taped off the woodwork and fixtures in the house, which really made a difference in the final product. They had to take TV's off the walls and cover speakers in the ceilings. They walked around with us and addressed any residual issues (very few) before leaving. The team cared about their work and cleaned up after themselves. Martine and Marvin did a great job. The only shortfall on this job was the scheduling. The sales person scheduled the job for 5 days (Monday-Friday) and a two person team showed up on Monday. By Thursday, it was pretty clear that they would not finish by Friday. When the painters informed me on Thursday that they had to leave to go to another job, I learned that they thought this was a two week job. Evidently, there was a miscommunication in the office which I cleared up after talking to one of the owners, Joe Miller. The crew stayed at the job and they added members to the crew on Friday. Despite the extra crew members, the job continued on Saturday and the following Monday, making this a total 7 DAY event. Since the movers arrived on Friday, this created extra stress for us. We really wanted to be wrapped up with the painting on the day promised.

I was very impressed with the whole process. The pricing was VERY competitive and they beat the competition by a mile. I have a neighbor that owns his own painting company and would have normally used him but the price was just too good. Doug did an excellent job of selling his company and he was the one who proffered the bid. Frankly, I thought he had made a mistake and maybe he did. However, they stood by their bid and there was absolutely no problems. Robert and his assistant did the actual work and they were both very professional. Robert even took the time to show me a few tricks on painting since I was painting the rest of the house to save money. He had no obligation to do that courtesy but it saved me a lot of time and frustration. Joe was the one who did the final walk thru and besides the touch-ups we saw, he found other spots as well. He too took the time to tutor me on some tricks to get a professional looking job on our work. Make no mistake these guys did a great job and are pro's. If you use anybody else, you are using second best.

He was very professional, provided me a written estimate. educated me on paint and the process and offered additional services. I felt his quote was very reasonable and contracted for their services

I called Joe from Washington and explained that we would only be in Arizona for one week and needed our vacation home painted during that time. Within 2 days, I received an estimate from Joe which was over $1000 less than the first estimate that we received. I was able to fax the contract back to him and handle the entire transaction via phone and fax. On May, the painting crew arrived by 0900 and completed our exterior house painting by 4:30pm. They did not leave until we did a thorough inspection together and were completely satisfied with the job. Our house looks great!

It was a great experience. He came out, went over everything he was going to do and set up the appointment. They have done everything they said they were going to do. The quality is beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone doing their house.

If you hire this company expecting professional painters, think again. Don't waste your time, money, and sanity like we did. ...That is, unless you want to pay top dollar for completed work that looks like ours did when the painters had packed up their supplies and stated they were done: - There was paint on the carpet in multiple places, and multiple colors. (Thanks to the fact that only the floor around the edge of the room was covered, the rest was exposed.) - None of the rest of the house outside of the work area, where they were walking back and forth all day long, was covered either. - The holes that were patched looked horrendous, as no attempts were made to texture the surface of the filled area. The mesh used to hold the filler in place on one of them was clearly visible with paint. - There were a ton of wet paint drips down the walls. - The bathroom cabinet doors were left to dry in a closed position, so that prying them open meant that chunks of paint came off. - The ceiling cut-ins were jagged and not straight. - Masking tape wasn't used to protect any hardware. - There was paint on the actual electrical outlets. - The one switchplate I forgot to remove stayed in the wall and got paint on it. - The light switch was painted on. - Every surface that was painted lacked adequate coverage and the wall color showed through. I didn't know it was possible, but this was even glaringly obvious in the white closet that was being painted white. - Some of the painter's HAIR was even embedded in wet paint. (Do we have to pay extra for that?) Aside from the work, it was a real treat to observe such shining examples of professionalism in the painting community: - On day one the painters arrived unprepared and didn't have any information about the work to be completed aside from what rooms they were working in, so we had to tell them what paint went went where. Somehow they brought the correct paint. - They laughed at our older Tempe neighborhood/home, remarking that they "thought the job would be in Scottsdale" (their words, not mine). - One of the painters actually left to run a personal errand during their workday. - When the nozzle on a can of texture got clogged, the same painter got excessively angry and repeatedly cursed so loudly that we heard him from the back yard. I never knew it was possible to be charged such a large amount of money for such appalling service. It took three additional visits by a different crew to fix the first crew's botched job. Out of all the employees we had contact with, there was only one whose behavior indicated that they actually wanted to do what they could to make it right, and his name is Joe. Despite his best efforts, our move-in timetable had to be delayed by nearly a week and we racked up additional moving expenses throughout this ordeal. Arizona Painting Company has turned what my partner and I had been looking forward to for a long time into a nightmare.

The schedule start date was set for 4/12/13 at 7 am. The 1/2 deposit was paid and paint selected 4/1/13. The project was sold to us as a one day project for completion. The day before the start a call was made by Arizona Painting putting off the the start till 11.a.m., The crew showed up at 1 pm and we were informed the job was not one day, but two. Saturday found one employee showed up, he working Saturday and could not finish, so the job was now 3 days, with 4 days of the kitchen not usable. The job was finally finished on Monday. The job didn't start on time, didn't finish on time, one day to 4 days, the final bill was actually more than the estimate. Good quality job, disappointing experience.

They were very prompt. I had contacted several companies for quotes and they were here the next day. The scope of the project was discussed and the job was priced while the representative was here. After I selected them they gave me a start and completion date. The crew (Jesse and Oswaldo) arrived on the start date and worked through till the job was done. The job was supposed to be completed within one week but they had to come back the next Monday to finish up the job. I didn't have a problem with this as it was Easter weekend and I didn't expect them to work on Saturday or Sunday. The job came out perfectly and I was very satisfied with the way the house looked. There were no issues with their workmanship or attention to detail. They took care of our property and did a thorough cleanup before they left. I have already recommended Arizona Painting to a friend and he is having them paint his house next month.

Quick response from sales team. Arrived on time and within 30 minutes had a contract in hand. Scheduled the work for two weeks out, they were able to move it up and started 5 days early. Completed all work right on schedule. Used 85 gallons of high quality Dunn Edwards paint straight from the can (no water added) and did a terrific job. Missed nothing, kept everything clean, and left everything neat and tidy. They used substantially more paint than originally expected, but stuck with their original price. Ask for Joe Bucko for your work, he is amazing, meticulous and fast. A+ all the way.

They were awesome. The main painter was probably the most positive person I’ve ever met. There was nothing Joe Bucko could be challenged with that he would consider a problem at all. He was the foreman of the team that I worked with. They cleaned up well and got the job done. I had had several different companies come and give me estimates, and their price was very competitive.

Estimator was on-time and professional. Our job did not require a full-days work and that is the only way they book. Price seemed reasonable for a day, but we did not contract with them as it was high for a half-days work. I think the Customer Service Rep. who booked the appointment with the Estimator should have known the job did not require a full-days work as she asked me what work needed to be performed.

This is an example of a company that knows how to please a customer! The representative from Arizona Painting arrived on time to review the job and produced a written estimate within 20 minutes after looking at the job and taking some basic measurements. He completed the bid in his company vehicle where he had a printer and printed out a detailed list of the work requested. The bid was detailed and broken down such that we could make decisions on what to have them do or not do on the job based upon the cost of each item. This was great for us because we were concerned about the overall cost of the project. Scheduling the start date was easy and provided flexibility for us as we had other work scheduled on the house (window replacements). They did a thorough job of cleaning the exterior walls and fence before repairing via pressure washing and then it rained heavily and they had to delay the start of the stucco repair. This involved a bit of re-cleaning, but they did it in stride. The work was performed very professionally and timely. The workmen were courteous and considerate at all times and were obviously determined to please the client (an unusual characteristic these days). At the end of each day, I would estimate at least one hour was spent cleaning up after at the end of each day such that the house and the surroundings were left as tidy as possible before the left for the day. It was great for us not to be following behind the contractor picking up after then. To be certain we weren't "taped in" the house, they removed the masking from the doorways each evening or as they completed the area, such that we wouldn't be trapped inside after their departure. We have yet to find any over-sprayed areas or areas that were poorly masked and painted the wrong color. To be honest, we did find one 2" piece of masking tape left behind (no one is perfect!). This was a completely satisfying experience and I would recommend this firm to anyone who needs its services. Prompt, Professional, Personable, and nearly impossible to find anything in our experience that was not top notch.

We couldn't be happier with the job. The price was reasonable, everything was done on time and the crew was very professional. The wood looks great. We will definitely use them again when the exterior needs some paint or stain.

Arizona Painting did a fantastic job painting our home. They did a very thorough job with the prep work, painting and clean up. We had a last minute change to our painting project, and they handled it smoothly and professionally. I would highly recommend Arizona Painting.

William and Paco were on time, professional, courteous and very hard working. It only took them 2 1/2 days to complete the job and I was amazed at the quality of their work. I would definitely recommend them.

I was very impressed from start to finish. When I called to arrange to have someone come to give me an estimate, they sent someone that afternoon. They included an hour with The Color Coach, Joanne McGinn. This turned out to be extremely helpful to me. She suggested colors that I may not have thought of and I am thrilled with the results. The first time Arizona Paint Company came, I had them paint all but three rooms. I had intended to paint those rooms myself at a later date. The day the painting was scheduled to start, Mike and Troy arrived at 7:30 a.m. as promised. They were both very professional and so easy to work with. The quality of their work was excellent. I did not believe two people could finish the job in 4 days, but, they did, as promised. They arrived at 7:30 every morning, set to work with no wasted time, and cleaned up when they left for the evening. I was so happy with the colors, that I hired Joanne McGinn to come back and help pick colors for my other three rooms. I was also so happy with the work of Mike and Troy that I decided to spend the extra money and have them come back and paint the remaining rooms. Again, they were prompt, professional, and finished the job in two days. I couldn't be happier with the results.

Sales Consultant Scott was very thorough in explaining what painting the exterior of my house would entail. He gave me various options and the cost for each and he gave me a detailed explanation of the process prior to and during the job. Before I even made my decision to use them, I was pleased to be given written information with the warranty and a detailed certificate of their insurance coverage. My painters, Victor and Jesus, arrived everyday at the time they said they would. They were efficient and worked tirelessly. On the final inspection, I was pleased with the way everything looked... it was Victor who saw a minor issue I would never have noticed and he took care of it right then and there. They, along with the office staff, were very accommodating with my questions and treated me with integrity. They even watched the weather prior to the job and encouraged me to call with any issues after the job. The entire process was done professionally and there were no surprise costs at the end. I hope my future home projects are as painless as this was.

Company was quick to come out and do a free estimate. Very easy to schedule. They finished the job a day early. It only took them two days to do the whole house and it looked great!

I don't live in Arizona and I needed to have my property in Chandler painted. I requested three estimates from Arizona Painting Company (APC) along with two other companies based on the member reviews. The estimate from APC wasn't the lowest but not the highest either; but in APC's estimate, all the expected works to be performed were clearly spelled out so there wouldn't be any confusion regarding to what's need to be done. This was what I was looking for. The sales person and the crews from APC were easy to work with. It was a two-day job. On day two, I inspected the work and the crews did an excellent job. They cleaned up the work area real nice and did everything listed in the estimate. I would definitely recommend APC to anyone and use APC again for myself in the future.

They did a very good job. Easy to work with and very pleasant. They were also very responsive. I called on a Tuesday and they had the job quoted and finished by that Friday.
