The initial estimate meeting went very smoothly. The sales team was very professional and prompt in their follow-up. We had received several estimates and the detail provided, professionalism and competitive cost drove our decision. The painting team arrived on time each day, walked through the steps to be completed and covered all non-painted surfaces to avoid splatter/damage. They were extremely professional and cleaned up the paint site each day. They completed the work ahead of schedule and the finished product looks great! We would definitely recommend and use again!

The job was supposed to begin on Monday, 8/12. AZ Painting called us Monday morning and said the foreman called in sick, so they would only be sending someone out that day to power wash the house. He came around 1pm and finished about 3:30pm - he didn't really clean up very well after his work was done, so we started to feel a bit concerned about the entire project .... the next day we met Vincente and Julio. We knew immediately that we were in good hands. We were extremely pleased with these 2 painters - Vincente and Julio - they were very nice, professional, responsive to all our needs, questions, concerns. No language problems either. We were amazed that these 2 men worked all day everyday for 4 days in the 110 + degree temps of our lovely AZ! On Thursday, the field operations manager, Joe Miller stopped by to be sure the job was proceeding as intended. When the job was done on Friday afternoon, we did a walk-thru with Vincente and Julio, and everything went very well. They were also great at cleaning up everything! The moved all our furniture back, re-hung our wall art and chimes - even our TV, and got it all plugged in and working properly! We can't say enough about these men and our experience with this company. EXCELLENT!

Peter Divito and his partner Oscar came out and preformed the work. I was very impressed with their work. They caulked the outside doors and windows. They came out and painted the exterior and interior of the house. They touched up the doors and base board trim. He took his time, and they gave me a fair price for the job they did. I would highly recommend him.

My first appointment to get an estimate was in June. Scott Willa said he would arrive at 9:30 a.m. and was only 30 seconds late! That started things off on the right foot. The original start date was to be August 5, but about ten days in advance the office called and asked if it would be all right to move it forward to August 1, which was fine with me. They said the crew would arrive between 7:30 and 8:30. About 9:00 the crew called and said they would arrive about 9:45 as they had to stop off at another customer on the way. They arrived about 10:00. The painting crew of 2-3 was headed by Travis D'Addabbo, who was very easy to deal with. They did the prep work mostly on the first day. The next two days they painted (spray) and cleaned up. We used two colors; I provided a painted board to match for the brown paint, and they matched the existing white. Both matches right on. The work was very good and I am happy with the result. There are a few paint chips left for me to pick up but generally the cleanup was good. The paint job, as far as I can see, is flawless. Travis left his name and number in case I discovered anything wrong that needed touching up. I have found nothing and do not expect to find any. I would gladly recommend Arizona Painting Company to anyone who asked me.

Not the lowest price alternative but had good reports from others who had seen their work. Easy to work with, responsive, accommodating on scheduling. Two man crew completed prep and trim on first day and finished painting on second day for single level home (approx. 1500 square feet). Used good quality paints (Dunn Edwards) and worked within HOA guidelines for color choices. Didn't know how badly the house needed repainting until we saw the difference when they finished!

Joe Bucco (foreman) and Armando (assistant) were a pleasure to work with. They were punctual, considerate of our home & property, extremely careful, and did a great job. We've already recommended them to others.

They were very detailed. They used a high grade of Dunn Edwards paint. We decided to change the trim color and they had a great attitude about re- painting it. They did a good job. They broke some of the tile on the roof but they sent someone out to repair it at their own cost. I absolutely plan on using them again. I would highly recommend them to both friends and family.

It was OK. Although I found their ad somewhat misleading. They state that they do stucco repairs, but upon calling, found out that they only give estimates on jobs that will cost $1000 or more, thus the reason I had them also provide estimates on interior painting. However, I found their prices to be a bit high for what was needed and found someone else to repair just the stucco.

Great! Everyone at Arizona Painting company were professional and friendly. The painters went out of thier way to do an excellent job.

Good communication through the estimate process and scheduling. About a 4 week lead time after I selected APC from my 3 quotes gave me time to select colors, do samples on the house, make a final color selection, and get HOA approval. The work was performed as scheduled. Office coordination about 4 days prior. My crew was Mike and Mike and they were two hard working guys who were on time, professional, diligent about doing a good job the first time, and did everything the contract called for. Very good at communicating the process and on site schedule. Walk around before and after. Very happy with the end product.

We initially received three estimates to paint the exterior of our rental property home, all from excellent contractors and all in the ballpark on price. Doug C., our estimator, was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything to our satisfaction. He called us with an unexpected opening in the schedule and our job was underway in less than five days. Brian, our foreman and William, his co-worker were extremely organized, accommodating and hardworking during two of the hottest days we've had this summer so far. They went the proverbial "extra mile" in all instances. The home hadn't been painted on a timely basis so a lot of prep work was required before painting could begin. Even so, it was virtually prepped completely after the first day plus the block wall had been painted with two coats. The entire job was completed in two days. We inspected the job upon completion with our foreman Brian and were VERY satisfied with the job. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for a turnkey painting experience.

They were very professional and very conscious that we still had stuff going on while they were there. They were courteous and very polite. They kept us informed as to what they were planning on working on and when it would be completed. We really enjoyed their service and would highly recommend them.

Arizona Painting was extremely cooperative, prompt and helpful while making an estimate on painting the interior of my condo. On 3 July, he crew showed up a couple of hours late, but called me to let me know that they had been delayed; moreover, the office called me the day before to let me know that they'd be late. When they arrived, about 10.00 a.m., they went right to work, parparing the interior to be painted. They were extremely cautious about moving my large, heavy pieces of furniture and helping me to finish finish clearing bookshelves. I did not sleep in the house while they were painting, which I think expedited the crew's work. They began painting the next morning, 4 July, at around 6.00 a.m.. They completed the job mid-morning on the 5th, including replacing the furniture, and were gone before noon. The crew did an excellent job, and the condo looks great. There is not a drop of spilled paint anywhere, and no items of furniture, appliances, art work, books, caprets and tile, etc., was damaged in any way. They clearned up after themselves, and left behind no stray paintbrushes, plastic sheets, rags, or tape. Throughout, the crew was consistently courteous, respectful of me, my dog, and my posessions, and totally professional in their behavior, diligence, and focus on getting the job done. I particularlly commend Mike, the foreman, who treated his co-workers with great respect, organized the work well, and communicated well with me. Marvin, another crew member, was also a stand-out. Nonetheless, all worked hard and skillfully. In short, I couldn't be happier with the work Arizona Painting did, and the professional way they went about it. I'll be glad to recommend the company, and the crew that did the work, to anyone. I'm a retired teacher and accustomed to giving grades. Arizona Painting and its crews, including the estimator, get an A.

They had to be called to finally schedule painting date and time, but finally narrowed down two days for the work. The cleaning of the trim and repainting were good--the workers were nice and put in long hours. The following day, they came to pick up all their garbage. What I would have appreciated is plastic covering of all my windows and screens before cleaning the trim. Although plastic was used for painting, it was not for the cleaning. My windows and screens were filthy and I had to schedule a window washer to clean them.

They did an excellent job over three days or record breaking heat. Did a great prep & clean-up.

They were really good. There were some problems, but they addressed them right away and coordinated with everyone properly.

AZ Paint Co provided an excellent experience and service. The estimator provided good suggestions and gave a detailed description of what would be done to the exterior of house to make it ready for painting. The price was very competitive with other bids. Luis, the foreman, and his helper were on time and went about their work professionally. During the final inspection/walk around, Luis caught a problem area before I had to mention it and corrected the problem himself. We will use this company again if the need for painting should arise.

The initial consultation went very well and the guy that came out was very knowledgeable. He gave me a quote and a scheduled a time to come and start the work. We had two bids and I was much more impressed with Arizona Painting than the other guy (who wanted to charge TWICE as much for the same thing). They estimated they would be there around 7:30 am and would be done around 3pm. They came on time but ended up not being done until closer to 6:30pm and were obviously working their tails off the entire time. I fully expected them to call and do the whole "well it ended up taking a lot longer so that estimate is going up by x amount" but instead, they honored the quoted price. I was incredibly impressed. They did get some paint on my laminate floor and hardwood stairs, but I know they would come back to clean it up if I called them. Its fully out of laziness that I haven't called them. Obviously I would have preferred that they were more careful with the paint smears, but we are all human and make mistakes. They stand by their work and thats what ultimately matters.

Scheduling was painless; Doug showed up at the appointed time; the bid was reasonable and in line with the company I went with. What more is there to say?

Scott came out and color matched the current paint. The house still had the original paint from 1992 (Dunn Edwards) which was used for this job as well. The job was supposed to take 3 days but was actually finished in 2. The supervisor was Joe Bucko and I could tell he loved his job and had a passion for the finished product to look great. His crew was professional and did everything they were supposed to do and needed no direction from me. They were on time both days (a bit early the 2nd day, yawn) but went right to work and the house looks wonderful. They patched all the cracks which were numerous. They covered all the windows, electric meter, intercoms and patio with plastic or paper so there would not be overspray or drips on anything. The only reason I gave it a good on the price is I did not get another quote from anyone. After reading the reviews on Angie?s List and finding them on Rosie on the House I was confident they would do a great job. They did!

They power washed the house and the paint and stucco flew everywhere including my neighbors driveway, sidewalk and front yard. I called them at noon to ask someone to clean it up. At 7PM, they still had not come to clean it up, so I had to. I had to have them do multiple things over again, either due to shoddy work or incorrect work. The front doors is still a mess. The crew was not given the correct instructions, so I had to call the estimator to get it straightened out. Had to call the supervisor several times to get the crew to do thing right. The painter, Luis, was rude to me and threw a fit, when I asked him if he was going painted the bird catcher as the supervisor had promised me they would do. They painted things the wrong colors and had to redo them. The one side of the house needed stucco. They did a poor job, leaving large areas with no stucco at all. Had to have them redo it. Then when they painted, the house was different colors, due to the different colors of the stucco and the original paint. The supervisor explained why it was so, which I already knew, but it took arguing with him for over 20 minutes to get him to make it right. Their quote was $600 dollars higher than two other quotes. I went with them because they promised a good job and quality paint. One of the painters put his hand in the middle of the wet paint on the front door. When they tried to fix it, they slopped the paint on top of it and is dripped down. They left it there to dry that way. When they painted the security door, some of the paint was pulled off when they pulled off the painter's tape. They just painted over it instead of sanding it down and smoothing it out. They painted over the dirt/dust that had settled on the frame of the security door from the power washing. This was after I had pointed it out and asked them to make sure they cleaned it before they painted it. They put the security door screen back while they were still wet, so they are stuck to the door. I tried to take them out, put he paint is pulling off the door. They charged $95 dollars extra for the security door. And it looks like crap. The supervisor was full of excuses for everything and would only make thing good after continued persistence. I saw that this company had other good review, I just wish I had gotten that service.

We received a number of quotes and AZ Paint was the best of the big companies. The quote process went very well, they supported us as we determined the colors, worked with our HOA to get the work approved and scheduled. There was a three or four week window between when the job was scheduled and when they could start. They started the task on time as promised. The paint crew was very dedicated and professional.

The painters arrived and left on time with a job well done. After they left, we noticed a scuff mark on a bathroom toilet lid that was caused by a ladder. We replaced the toilet lid and Arizona Painting gave us a credit for it. A good experience!
