They put a big gash on my wood furniture that I didn't see right away. Unplugged a TV and didn't plug it in again when finished. I had to have someone come move the furniture so I could use the TV

I could not be happier with the paint job that they did. They have it down to a science with prep work, painting, and clean up. They were all very professional and kept me updated throughout the day. My house looks brand new and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great paint job. They also back their work with a 3 year warranty.

Excellent -- they arrived when they said they would. They did a couple of extra things I asked w/o additional cost and seemed happy to do it. They made our home look brand new and when they were done -- it was like they were never here except for the great look of the house. By that I mean -- everything was picked up and taken away that had been used to protect the non-painted surfaces. I know Angie's List like pictures, but I could not find where to upload the before and after pictures. Also, when I previewed this review -- this came up -- however on the review page -- there was nowhere to check that it had been completed -- which it had by 01/15/2014. "Was Work Done?: Yes * More weight is given to a review where work has been completed"

The painters showed up exactly on time and got to work. Washed the exterior, cleaned off any peeling paint and filled in the large cracks in our (poor) builder stucco job. Two coats of paint and back rolled, looked nice. Cleaned up well and all done in 3 1/2 days for a two story 2400 sqft house.

The two painters - Martin and Richard showed up when promised. They were very professional and very good at what they did. They performed miracles on the gate which we thought was beyond repair. The house looks absolutely beautiful. We will never even consider using anyone else. And when we need another job we will ask for Martin and Richard. Martin coordinated the job and listened and did exactly what we wanted. He worked very hard and never left the job site. Richard also worked extremely hard and did a great job. They are the best. We wanted to get the interior of our house painted before the end of the year. We had heard about Arizona Painting Company on KTAR and read the reviews on Angie's List. From the first call to the end of the project we experienced nothing but AWESOME customer service. They were prompt, courteous and professional. My husband was at home during the project and voiced any questions or concerns to our painters (Javier & Julio) and they were very patient and cooperative. We needed an additional area painted after work they didn't bat an eye. They did an amazing job and finished on time. We are planning on having the exterior painted next year and plan on hiring Arizona Painting Company again and requesting Julio and Javier personally. We highly recommend!

I was very satisfied with my experience with Arizona Painting Company. The company was responsive and communicated with me throughout the process. Keith provided the initial bid and walked the property with me explaining the details of what the project would entail and answered all my questions. I thought the bid presentation was very professional. Every aspect of the job was explained and written on the contract. Keith also responded to a phone call to answer my questions and discuss the shutters as I was considering replacing them (in the end I elected not to replace them at this time). As the date of the job grew closer I became concerned with the weather but the office staff kept in touch. Robert (project supervisor) and Martin are great representatives for the company. They showed up to the job on time which allowed us to discuss the work in progress and allowed me to get to work on time. Robert went over the project with me again to make sure he understood the job, communicated progress, answered my questions, and was considerate of my property and outdoor pets, making sure to lock up and move the patio table as I requested. (It was too heavy for me!) They cleaned up each day and on the final day did a walk-around of the project with me. I think they did a great job on the repairs and painting. The shutters have been given a new life which I didn't think possible. The house looks great! Thank-you Robert and Martin for a professional job. This was my first exterior paint project and I was a little uneasy but the Arizona Painting Company made the process smooth and trouble-free.

I am 65 years old, so I have had quite a few experiences with contractors and service companies,and I can honestly say that this is the best experience that I have ever had with a company who did work at my home. The representative who first came to the house to give me an estimate was punctual and explained everything clearly and succinctly. He did some quick measurements and went to his vehicle, then returned with a printed estimate that was easy to read and very accurate. Later that day, I made the decision to select Arizona and he said that a crew would be there in 2 days. Two days later, the foreman of the crew came by himself and began the job. Two and a half days later the house was completed and it is definitely the most nearly perfect paint job that I have ever seen, with clean lines and great coverage. The best part of my experience came after the job was done. We have a large central room, about 55 feet by 35 feet, and the ceiling had waves in it, so the builder had to re-float the entire thing. Of course, this was done three days after the room had been painted. Arizona Painting came back out and re-painted numerous places where the ceiling painters had gotten paint on the wall, with no additional charge. Then, when we complained to the builder that there were gaps where the ceiling mud did not meet the wall, the builders contractor caulked and painted the entire ceiling edge. Arizona Painting came back again and re-cut in the walls on the entire room so that I had the same nice, clean lines. And again, there was no additional charge. What a great company!

Hired to paint the exterior of my home. Stucco repair work and sanding not done as I was told it would be. Since the house was painted it has been a constant struggle to have them come back to properly finish this job. Job still not completed....overall quality is FAIR. Don't understand how they can receive so many great reviews.....work is mediocre at best. NO ATTENTION TO DETAIL, certain repairs not done as should have been. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.....

I had asked for a small Stucco repair on my house. They said that they do painting and they gave me a company to contact for the repair. I think they should not be listed to do repair on Stucco if they farm it out to someone else! Also no one answered my call and I had to leave a message for them to call back the next day. For that reason alone I would not recommend them! Tom Gillis

We had 70% of our interior house painted including the ceilings. It included repairing several extensive plaster board cracks. Some were done well, others only fair. Overall they did a great job, including cutting in the edges, and in clean up.

AZ painting company power washed and painted the entire exterior of my 2200 sq foot, single story home in 2 days. The 2 man crew that did the work was punctual and professional. They started on a Wednesday morning and before I had even gotten home from work that afternoon, my entire home was power washed and approx 30% painted. I had some concerns over the quality of the power wash because my stucco was VERY chalky and I knew would need some extra prep work. Home still seemed rather chalky in spots, but they insisted the power wash was done appropriately. The stucco patch work in a few places was pretty amateur/rushed looking. The side gate came out very nice. My home was finished by 3pm the following day. Needless to say, they were extremely efficient and quick at what they do. The paint job itself looks very nice. Great lines and attention to detail around windows, fascia, front door, trim work is all top notch. The overall look of my home is great, however, the true quality of the work probably won't be seen until a few years from now. Paint job comes with 3 year warranty. Overall, I was quite pleased and felt like I got a good value.

We cannot say enough good things about our experience with Arizona Painting Company. We hired them to paint the entire interior of our home and were extremely pleased with the whole process. The crew was so professional and accommodating. The job turned out wonderful! Even though we did not plan to paint the exterior this year, we were so pleased with the job that we got an estimate for the exterior as well.....we were so pleasantly surprise with the bid that we switched some funds around and had the exterior done this year as well. All work was done in a professional manner right on time. While it is possible to hire unlicensed and uninsured painters for less, the difference in cost is very small and the outcome is uncertain at best. We would not consider hiring any other company should a need arise for more painting. We recommend them without reservations. Thanks to Peter, Oscar, Jeremy and Doug for their hard work....you are all terrific!

Thank you, Angie?s List, for helping us find this company! We would give them fifty stars if we could. The price we paid was much lower than we expected, and the painters were amazing. They were perfectionists and did everything beautifully. They also were very nice, and they left everything spotless. We will be hiring them again to do the inside of the house someday!

They were responsive and they did a good job. I contacted 3 different service providers in the area. They did the re stucco and repair. They trenched around the entire length of the house. The didn't shortcut, they were thorough. They were here everyday on time. There were no surprises. Given the quotes they were the best right in there. They even gave me a list of references. According to their Angie's list reviews they were the best after research. I would have wasted my time looking for anything more.

Very happy with the job. Everything was done as promised. very professional painters that showed up on time and did great neat work. I have new windows and was nervous about paint getting on them. I will use them again and recommend them to friends. Very happy with result.

Avoid these guys at all costs. They are not cheap, but its hard to imagine anyone doing worse. I'll skip the smaller hassles and focus on the big ones 1. Was scheduled to finish in 1 week, took 4. By the time they had finished, the tape had dried out and left a nice crusty coating everywhere, it had rained, and there had been at least one dust storm. 2. 4 days after they finished, it rained, and huge water blisters showed up everywhere. I called to complain about that and lousy cleanup. 2 weeks later they came out , applied some putty a few places, and left. A month later the putty is still there, but no paint and no cleanup. 3. I told them to match the current paint color. The match wasn't even close. Yet they still bought enough paint for the entire house without even doing a test patch or asking us. They refused to admit the error. We eventually had to go down to Dunn and do the match ourselves. Then, when they had to replace the paint, they insisted that we pay for all the paint they bought, despite that we had never approved the color. We eventually paid them $500 extra just so that they would finish the job. 4. Didn't do adequate prep work as outlined in the contract. Cheap putty and primer, didn't dig below the surface, painted on old, dusty rained-on primer. The result is cracks, leaks bubbles. Generally, a bad paint job. I'm not sure how these guys have so many good reviews. It seems very odd.

Called 3 companies for bids and they were the only ones who responded in a timely manner. They came out and looked at what we wanted done and gave us an estimate. As part of the estimate we received a free hour of consultation with a color coordinator. We had just moved into the house and the interior needed painting due to the usual wear and tear plus they had a couple of colors we weren't sure we wanted to keep. The color coordinator was great in helping us come up with our colors that we chose. The two painters who did the job were on time and did a wonderful job. They were able to complete the job in 2 full days. The interior looks great now and the colors we picked made quite a difference in how the house looks.

Doug came to the house to measure the job. He quoted me $1 per square foot (ave in the industry) to paint all the walls inside my home. He was very friendly and stayed no longer than needed. His crew showed up on time, correctly prepped before painting. Since the home was empty I left the key with the head painter with instructions to lock up and turn on the outside lights when he left. I came by after they left each night to see nothing but professionalism. These guys worked their tails off and did a fantastic job. Yes, all my doors were locked and the requested lights were turned on. The company takes credit cards over the phone, making this task too easy to complete and check off my list as I prepare to move into my home.

The estimate was done quickly and the representative had knowledge about our questions. Despite a short rain delay the team came and started preparing our home's exterior for repainting. They were very professional, prompt and did a fantastic job. We are extremely happy with the work done. Everything that we requested including extra work on problem areas where there was water damage was prepped and repaired well. We were especially impressed with the foreman named Peter Divito. He went over and above in every way for us even repainting an area that needed to be an accent color so that it would stand out more. If you want this company we would definitely recommend requesting him as foreman on your job!

Went great, no issues and we are happy with the finished product. They were timely, responsive, professional and their bid was in line with other well rated contractors. I would highly recommend them.

He called a few days later to ask if I had any questions or concerns he could address. I told him that I was waiting on an estimate to replace a patio door. He agreed that it would be best to replace the patio door first, and then complete the painting project. I did not feel rushed to accept the bid and schedule the work. A few weeks later, I called him to accept the bid and schedule the work. I look forward to having the project completed once the patio door is replaced. I will be calling this company in the future.

Wow! they were great, from the sales staff, the front desk, supervisor and employees. No complaints. Prompt reliable, knowledgeable and skilled. I would highly recommend them.

They are correcting everything and are doing a wonderful job. They are exceeding my expectations. They have an excellent manager named Joe Miller and a very good worker named Peter.
