They came on time, were courteous, worked steadily. Their pre-cleaning left something to be desired. ( I rewashed the carport after they left. It was grungy). They got some paint on my roof shingles and cleaned it off as well as they could. They quickly took care of things brought to their attention during the final walk through. The lead worker was excellent. His helper not as much. (Roof shingles)

They helped us pick out a neutral color and did a great job with the painting. Easy and smooth process.

They were on time daily and worked through breads and lunches. I was an old painting contractor and very difficult in the finished product. They more than exceeded my expectation, I would highly recommend this team and company. Will use them for future and ask for Don and Danny. My one concern is how changing from exterior flat to exterior eggshell cost - $10.00 more a gallon? Something doesn't make sense, there is no way it could of cost that much.

We had a few problems with the young manager but they are not using him this time. They actually didn’t cover up. The plant and river rack was kind of a mess. They didn’t clean up the mess on the roof. They took the money off. We were not satisfied with what they were trying to do and they didn’t know they were having problems with that. Since we are using them again, I think they are an “A”. They were very helpful with the few problems with had. The price was fair. The quality is what we were paying for.

All in all this experience was "okay" ,not great, just "okay". We chose this company because they were very professional with their quote, they weren't the cheapest or the most expensive. We wanted the exterior of our stucco home painted and some damage to a stucco column on one side of the garage. The damage had been poorly repaired by the previous owners of the home, we wanted the repair done right, so it was no longer easily visible, this was clearly outlined with the gentleman giving me the quote. The job started on time. However the crew doing the work did not initially do the repair to the stucco and only painted over the previous repair. I pointed this out to the foreman and he said he would do his best to make the repair. His initial attempt was not successful. I called the office and explained the situation to the supervisor. The supervisor came out with the foreman several days later to make the repair properly. The repair was still not 100%, a very close 90%, the supervisor explained that the gentleman giving the quote did not understand what was involved in making the repair, and what they were prepared to do as a paint company and not a general contractor. The biggest downside was the clean-up. The crew did not do a very good job cleaning up at the end of the job and I ended up going around the exterior of the house picking up after them, they also left a pile of dried stucco on the driveway. I think that after pointing out my issues with the repair, the foreman wanted to get out of there as soon as possible and neglected to clean up thoroughly. Regarding the final product; the paint job was good, repairs okay, clean-up stunk, and the job ran long due to the re-repair that needed to be done.

They did quite a work for us. I was just really amazed on how they can actually paint a straight line without any taper and was just magnificent. It was fantastic. I was staring and said, "How do you do that?," and it was a ceiling about 27 feet and did it with free-hand. it was unbelievable. You got to get these folks. They can draw a straight line with a paintbrush, very professional, very congenial, conversational, on time and even got here a little bit early. I think that the price was not the cheapest but a good value. I'm extremely satisfied. Anything I asked them to do, they would say, "Sure, there's no problem," and very responsive.

They came the day agreed upon, arrived on time and did the job in a timely and professional manor.

Keith arrived on time. Completed in 7 hrs. Wonderful Job! Needed more coats of paint than originally planned on.

The salesman was very nice and helpful. We used his suggestions on colors and where to use accent color. Worked well. Price was competitive. Office staff was very responsive and helpful. Workers were very friendly and worked hard. They also cleaned up entire area when finished. They offered to put back patio furniture. They covered everything w/ plastic so there were no over-sprays or 'spots' on concrete, walkways, etc. They treated wood and concrete at base of house before painting. They patched 'most' holes in wood and block walls before painting. We are very satisfied w/ job. House looks great.

Excellent,my house went from worst to first in the subdivision

Darren and Steve just completed a job in our house. They painted our two story entryway and the main entry and loft ceilings as well as the trim. Upon arrival, Darren spoke with my husband explaining the procedure for the job. They were very friendly and professional, getting to work right away. They were kind enough to take down and replace the second story blinds that we had difficulty reaching, even asking if I wanted the blinds adjusted for more light to come into the house. Both men were careful to protect our carpet, though it is quite old. They treated it as if it were new. They were efficient in their work and careful in their clean-up. I had no concerns about stray paint. Please thank Darren and Steve, on our behalf, for the fine job they did.

The team did an outstanding job. The workers consisted of Doug which created the estimate and wrote the contract and Jeremy S. the foreman and lead with Oscar as his Assistant. This estimate came in lower than others I obtained for the work. Doug prepared an estimate on the spot and even had a "printer" in his company vehicle. All workers were clean cut, polite, and punctual. They had a "can do" attitude. I was home during most of the work and Jeremy checked in and out with me each day. I could hear the workers chatting away pleasantly as they worked, they worked very well together. This project exceeded my expectations. They patched and painted a decorative beam that I felt I was going to need a carpenter to replace. I had a planter which leaked water through a bay window and they provided a waterproof barrier and stucco to the distressed area. I also had rotted trim around a garage side door. The trim appeared to need replacement, they did their magic and with caulking and paint it appears years younger. Neighbors were coming over asking for their business cards as their work was evident to those driving by. They did a lot of patching of cracks and had the work area taped off professionally. I didn't notice any over-spray or paint spots. I*m very happy with their work. The job was done on time---in three days.

My experience with the estimator was good. The painter and his helper arrived exactly as scheduled. They were very efficient with their prep work - and there was a lot on my 80 years old house. The estimator had told me the job would be done on Thursday and Friday and finished up on Saturday but the painting super told me when they arrived that they would finish in 2 days. Their painting work was pretty close to perfect, but I felt they were careless about my yard. On day one, I noticed that they were washing out their bucket right in the middle of my front yard and although it is pretty wild looking, I told them that I loved my wildflowers and would appreciate their not tramping on them, yet the next day, that was their clean up station once again. I noticed a few areas where the helper had touched up flat paint with semi gloss when they finished up Friday and the super told me he had no paint left and would have to get more and come back in the morning. They had also made a mess of the garage service door when trying to remove a blemish in the paint and needed to do that over. He arrived just as promised and did quite a bunch of touch up (more than I had noticed); re-sprayed the door and everything looked fine. However, in my walking around that morning, I noticed they had left the side gate wide open all night and there were several "pools" in the gravel of paint water. Thank heavens my dog did not escape overnight. The super never offered to do the "walk through" mentioned on the final paperwork; there was no customer survey included with the papers he left me and no -one has ever called to see if I was satisfied with the job. So it's a mixed review for me, but I felt I paid top dollar for the job and I didn't quite get the top dollar experience.

Robert and Nick were my job crew. They were polite, punctual, and worked with me to paint the doors when I was home. They did the touchups after the walk-around as I requested and I was very satisfied with the quality of the work. The best paint does not cost much more than the "better" paint, as most of the cost is labor. Cleanup was performed well.

The initial sales person (Scott) fantastic. He was personable, knowledgeable, responsive and very easy to deal with. The painting adviser (I can't remember her name) was also good. She had great suggestions and was not pushy. Be ready though, you only get approx an hour consult for free and there is a lot more to color choice than imagined. I had colors picked out and so the hour worked for us but If you haven't given it thought better do so before she gets there. The painters were on time and the house was empty so I left them to it. Unfortunately that's when things went downhill. The job foreman (Jessie) was apparently having some personal issues or something so I don't believe he was on site the whole time or rushed the job or something but when it was complete he tried to get us to sign off pretty quickly. It was getting late in the day and he was not happy about doing the walk through the following day. We went through the house and there was paint everywhere...on the sockets, the shutters, the trim. I was so so bummed. We pointed these things out and he fixed some of it but there was so much. I ended up reaching out to Scott since I was so upset with the sloppiness of the job and he in turn reached out to the owners who responded right away. They sent Jessie back out with another guy and we got nothing but attitude which made things even more upsetting. We complained again to the owner and he came out himself. I would have given this company an F based on the actual painting but I must say that Scott, and the owners went to great lengths to make sure things were fixed to our satisfaction. This company clearly cares about customer satisfaction which I really did appreciate but they were expensive in comparison to the next bid we had (about $1000.00 more) and as such I had high expectations. I think another painter without the bells and whistles (ie. fancy car, color consultant etc.) with a good rating here on Angie's list might be my choice next time.

They did a tremendous job I was very happy with them.

All work was completed in a timely fashion. Work was of high quality. Saul and his team were responsive to requests. I would use them again.

Israel and Cesar were great. They power washed the whole outside of the house, including areas they weren't painting and did a great job! They pulled back the soil around the base of the house and repaired and resealed it, repaired some stucco damage and resealed that so it won't crack again and painted everything they were supposed to paint. They were very careful about covering areas they weren't painting and the house looks great! Our front door is beautiful again. Originally, they thought it would take 2 days and it wound up taking 3 because of some problems on another job and the windy conditions at that time, but they were careful to let me know what was happening and why they would need an extra day. I would definitely use Arizona Painting again for my painting needs.

Doug, Peter, Rebecka, Javier, and Julio were all excellent to work with and consummate professionals. The work done onsite was done with great detail, skill and care. The amount of work and care that went into painting both the exterior and partial interior of the home, ie. taping windows, covering floors, covering outlets, covering everything that should not get painted down to the tinest detail was exceptional! Javier and Julio worked tirelessly throughout the project. I can't say enough about the great work that Javier and Julio did on my house. The only thing that I would say could use a bit of improvement would be the communication about the start time each day. Other than the start time, like I mentioned above, it was an excellent job done by all and I would definitely use Arizona Painting Company for another painting project. My house looks great! Thanks all!!

Very nice people from first call to last inspection.

The guys showed up on time, and had the job completed in 2 days. They did a great job masking everything off & were very carfeul in cleaning everything up. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Had to return to clean up excess paint that dripped down onto the base boards. They did fix it to our satisfaction.

We used someone else.
