These guys are amazing! In approximately Sept 2020, I dealt specifically with shop manager, Ryan Graham, who took great care of me. I live in Tucson and had taken my Honda Accord to a Honda dealership in Tucson, due to oil leaking from the engine, onto one of the spark plugs. The leak persisted and so the Honda dealer told me that the only solution was to do a re-ring job (about $4,000.00) or install a new engine - all of which is terrible news, given that the cost for an engine ranges between about $5000.00 and $10,000.00 depending on a new or used engine. As I was desperate for a second opinion, I contacted Bumper to Bumper Radio Mgr. Mike Henry, who recommended ADS in Chandler. Living in Tucson, I'd never been to ADS and I found it hard to believe there could be any repair shop better than the factory dealer, where I bought my car. However, Mike explained to me that the guys at ADS were not only the best in Arizona, but possibly the best in the nation, for accurately diagnosing and repairing automotive problems. Upon speaking with ADS Mgr. Ryan Graham, he explained to me that there was an alternative to replacing my engine or re-ringing it. Ryan explained that they've performed oil treatment services on engines that are leaking oil and in many cases, the engine treatment seals the rings, from where the oil leaks. The service, including the oil change costed about $350.00 - and it amazingly fixed the problem! ADS saved me thousands of dollars and it only took them a few hours to do the job! This is truly amazing and I am now a loyal ADS customer! So if you're looking for the smartest automotive technicians who are honest and give outstanding customer service, go to ADS -- even if you live out of town, it's worth the trip! Jeff.

They also give me my AAA discount. They're great. They explain things to you when they give you your bill. They tell you what all they see, and if they think something needs to be watched or brought in earlier. There's no problem They are very professional on telling us what's wrong or right. They don't charge too much. I don't have no complaints so far.

They were great. No complaints. I've been back to see them for other things. I have a truck that I don't drive a lot. We take it on vacations. I needed an air conditioning charge so that's when I initially bought the deal. And then after that, I think I took it back in for maybe a belt or maintenance thing before we went on vacation. I thought that I bought a deal from them for air conditioning for $99 something like that. I don't really have very much memory of it so it must have went well. I went back at a later time. If I have a bad experience, I just don't go back. I think I needed appointment, both times I got it. They took care  of it. They were thorough, professional. I give them As for everything. As for price, it was perfectly fine. Reasonably priced. When you go to those  automotive places, to keep good mechanics, they have to give them a competitive wage. I have a lot of respect for that line of work. They are not cheap, but I'm sure they are fairly priced, competitively-priced. Everything was an A, otherwise I wouldn't have gone back.

Came back with over $1200 estimate in charges. Approved about $900. When I went to pay the bill it was over $1000. Forunately I had the original quote, but the initial contact was rude and insisted I had the wrong numbers until I could show him in writing what he had quoted me. Another attendant approved the removal of the $40 worth of rags and shop supplies used (so warning you will be nickled and dimed on their use of shop materials).

Will never use again.

They took vehicle in for diagnosis and informed me of their suggested solution. They turned the rotors using a new process. They actually 'turned' the rotors while they were on the vehicle. This process renews the brake surface and makes it smooth and even again. They worked on the parking brake which had become in essence non-functioning. This repair and the brake vibration were both successfully accomplished.

We have used ADS for years, they are our go to for car repair. They are communicative, they have never charged us more than we expected or more than 2nd opinions. The work has never had to be redone, it's always quality the first time. They timetable they give is always respected.

I took a car to ADS because they advertise as expert in difficult diagnoses.  My car had a clunking sound in the suspension and long term alignment issues.  3 days and over one thousand dollars later, the car still pulls to one side and the clunking sound is just as bad as when the car was brought in.  I could have taken the car to another shop and gotten the same or better results for $300.00 less and in one third the time.   I was treated politely and ADS seems like a well-run shop, but the results were disappointing.

This Honda Accord has been meticulously maintained since 1998 - I always went to a Honda dealership for my
services. That was until I found most dealerships to be non-responsive and very expensive.
I have used ADS before and I will continue to use them to service my vehicles.

Great customer service and honest repair. I needed to replace my brakes. I had two other estimates, both of those places said I needed to replace all four breaks and rotors. I was concerned because that is a lot of money. I checked Angie's list and found ADS, what a difference, I only needed front brakes. Dale was very nice and helpful. I also got an oil change and they changed a brake light. I highly recommend ADS.

.I initially contacted the owner of ADS to see if they had the appropriate level of expertise to take on a custom street rod project. He had one of his lead employees, Ryan, call me to discuss my concerns. After the discussion with Ryan, I decided that ADS was the right shop for this type of project so I drove the car down and left it with them for substantial modifications as listed above.

I told Ryan that I was not in a big rush to get the car back, but that I wanted to make sure that they were making continuous progress on the job and not just letting it sit. Over the course of the project I spoke with Ryan at least once per week and he would give me regular progress reports on how they were doing. On one occasion Ryan could see that I would be able to acquire new wheels off the Internet for less than he could provide them and he let me know so I could save some money. ADS did a very nice job of redoing my frame cross-member, installing a new Tremec 5 speed transmission and clutch setup, and new drive shaft. All materials and components were first class and the installation was very clean. ADS measured backsets and clearances and recommended wheel and tire sizes that would look nice but not rub. ADS removed my 4 barrel carb, fully cleaned it up, put new jets in and properly tuned the fuel-air ratio so the car would start better cold.
