A very professional installation. Used high quality materials and machinery. For a residence it equal or appears to have comparable parts and materials as a commerical job.

My experience with Duane from Mr.Misters, Inc. could not have been better. He came out and measured my backyard at the End of April I received his quote and we agreed for the install on May 9th. He showed up right on time, he make some additional recommendations that made total sense. They installed Misters around my backyard patio to form a curtain of mist that surrounds my patio. I also had them install foggers around the back side of my pool that spills over into the pool. He also installed foggers in a corner where I plan to put in a gazebo some day. I also requested shut off values to the area around the pool and in the corner. They did everything we discussed. The most friend and helpful people ever. They were not at all annoyed by any question I asked, and in fact made sure I understand what they were doing and how the system worked. The price was more then fair. I am SOOOOOO happy with the system. It really does reduce the temp. in my backyard by a good 10-20 degrees --- NO LIE> I can not wait until it is 110 degrees this summer bring it on....... I would not only recommend them to anyone that asks. I am going to tell all my neighbors they totally need a system and Mr.Misters is the ones for the job.

Dwayne is so knowledable about his business. He quoted what I asked for, we agreed on a price, he ordered his materials and installed the complete system just as he said he would. He even returned in November and provided the winterization clear-out and line drainage at no additional cost. He is EXTREMELY pprofessional and is a very hard working guy. I ABSOLUTELY recommend him and his service. We couldn't be happier with the QUALITY and CRAFTMANSHIP of our misting system. "Thank You, Dwayne and Mr. Misters!!!!!!"

Very well. He had some problems upon installing the system and was very communicative of what the problems were and provided adequate solutions to those problems. I consider him very knowledgable and to be honest, his system is about twice as complex as a competitor's bid for the same install price.

Duane was excellent to work with, he really understood what I was looking for and a week later the job was done. The installation looks great and the misting systems performs perfectly. I honestly can't wait for the temps to heat up in order to see the system in action. I would definitely recommend Duane and Mr. Misters.

Duane was very good and gave me an estimate and let me know how we could best use his system and what would be the best use of his time and services. He also let me know how I could do some of the bassic work and save myself some labor and some money.

About a day after contacting Duane, he visited our home to provide an estimate. His estimate fell in the middle of others we'd received. It also included electical work since an outlet had to be added. I could have hired someone else to do the electrical but it made sense to have Duane responsible for the total project. He recommended hardware colors that would compliment the house color. We liked that his standard nozzel spacing is 20" compared to the other estimates at 30". My schedule is very flexible and I was in no rush for the system since it was already September. Duane gave me a bit of price break because he could fit me in when he had a lull. I didn't wait very long and he provided adequate notice when he put me on the schedule. The majority of work was done in one day. Duane and his helper arrived about two hours after they said they would but he let me know early that morning that they'd be late - keeping me updated throughout. Since my schedule is flexible, it did not bother me. I ran several errands during the day and felt comfortable leaving them to work in the backyard. They worked all day and had to stop because it got too dark. I believe where we wanted the motor and the electrical issues were a challenge they did not anticipate. Duane came back the next morning and finished up within an hour. They left the work area clean and tidy. We have also taken advantage of another service offered: system winterizing. We selected Mr Misters because of the connection to Angie's List, the positive reviews, Duane's knowledge and that he would be doing the work.

My husband and I wanted a misting system for our patio. Since I have gotten excellent providers from Angie's List, I checked and saw that Mr. Misters got very good reviews. I called and spoke with Duane. He came to our house the very next day. He and my husband decided what would be best for our patio and Duane got a proposal to us right away. We decided that since he had gotten very good reviews and seemed extremely knowledgeable, we would go ahead and have him put in the misting system. Duane and an assistant came at the scheduled time. They were very professional and did an EXCELLENT job installing our new misting system. We are so happy with our new misting system and have decided to use Duane annually do maintainance on our new system. Duane even gave us a remote control as a little present! Once again, I am very happy that I checked Angie's List before hiring a new vendor. I would HIGHLY recommend Duane and Mr. Misters. You won't be disappointed.

Duane did a wonderful job! He installed the system as promised and for the quoted price. He was professional and courteous. Taught me all about my new system, explained the warranty and even found an inexpensive remote control for me after I had asked about one. Great service! I called Duane to obtain a quote for installing a mist system on my back porch. He came on the same day I called and had a detailed quote emailed to me by the next morning. Duane came on the day he promised for the install. He and his helper worked a very long (and hot) day to complete the installation. He did have to return for a couple of additional items, but the system was fully operational when he left and he informed me that there would have to be a return visit. He came back several days later for the last couple items he mentioned. I Love my mist system and Duane was very personable and professional. He was certainly willing to work with my timetable and was flexible to any concerns I had. The fog systems (which was actually an extremely reasonable add on to the mist system), is so cool! Everyone who sees it loves it. It really creates a great ambiance to my back yard.

I called Mr. Mister on 5/21 to schedule a service call and Duane was able to be here the very next day, 5/22. He identified and diagnosed the problem and was able to replace the filter housing system right away. He was missing the exact connectors he needed as he didn't know exactly which system I had, but went and bought the correct ones and returned. He also replaced my current mister heads with non-drip heads and it is quite noticeable! The mist was so fine and without any leaking. Normally I would end up in a puddle of water if I kept the the misters on too long. He was very professional and friendly. I'm considering hiring him again to put in a fogging system and add on to my current mister system in the near future.

My overall experience with Mr. Misters was fantastic. Their customer service and attention to detail was spot on. I would (and have) recommended their services to my family, colleagues and complete strangers. My patio has become an additional area to entertain during the hot and unbearable AZ summers. It cools my patio temperature at least 20 degrees! They offer a great product with excellent customer service. By far the best money spent on a home upgrade.
