They showed up and finished on time, Duane and his crew (Tom and Tom) were all professional and friendly throughout the process. Additionally and finally, the mister and fogger systems are great. They work phenomenally well and look very nice. Great team to work with.

Ok. Annual service charge to winterize and de winterize system not disclosed. They make it sound optional but who wants their pipes to freeze. Also I wanted to change the direction of the misting system and they said it could not be done and a friend of mine from high school with no experience did it. They are punctual I think they know what they're doing but I'm not happy about the undisclosed service fee as well as it seems like they only want to come out When they make money. When it came to changing the direction of some of the Misters they didn't want to come out. They are too eager to try to get money.

Duane and his team arrived on time with all required tools, parts, and equipment. He completed the install in under 4 hours and provide instructions for maintenance and winterization of the misting system. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the equipment and the manner in which it was installed. Duane did a superb job of delivering to us a misting system of the highest quality and performance. Can't wait to put it into operation next summer!

We were very pleased with the installation of our mister as well as our interaction with Duane. All materials used in the installation are of the highest quality, and the installation was done neatly and professionally. Duane did an excellent job of also matching the color of the parts to the color of our home so it looks as if the mister was installed when the house was built. Duane was very responsive and came the same day that we called to give us an estimate and explain how the mister would be installed. The installation was done the following week as promised and he promptly responded to any questions. The mister has made our patio feel so comfortable, and the temperature dropped at least 15 degrees under the patio when using our mister. This will definitely enable us to enjoy our patio all year round. We highly recommend Mr. Mister.

Duane and his crew were prompt and professional throughout the entire process. They arrived on time for quote. Communicated very well throughout the entire process. Installed my complete system around the entire perimeter of my backyard. It took them an entire day as it was a big project. Once completed the system worked perfectly and my backyard is no usable again. As far as price goes I researched all the equipment that was being installed and it would have cost me more money to do the work myself.

Duane, owner of Mr. Mister, is always a pleasure to deal with, Personally, he is friendly, cordial, outgoing and trustworthy. Professionally, he is knowledgeable and follows through to make sure my system is up and running before the extreme summer heat kicks in. This is extremely important to me because my misters are in place to keep my beloved horse cooler in the high desert temperatures. Even though the horse has a barn and outdoor shade, the summer heat would be dangerous for her since she is an older animal. On some days the misters ran from 6 am until 8 pm and I was happy to note that my water bill was not significantly higher. Mr Mister provides affordable equipment, reliable operations support and friendly customer service. Most important to me is the peace of mind I have knowing my pet is cared for.

Duane is a pro. The misting system that he installed works. I can finally use my patio with some comfort during the hot Arizona summer. Duane knows his product. He is reliable, punctual, efficient and responsible. After installation, he called several times to make sure that everything was done to my satisfaction. It was.

456Our yard was completely unusable before these misters were installed because of the summer heat. Now that we have misters we can enjoy our yard any time of day even on the hottest of summer days. My favorite is the oscillating misting fan! The misters by themselves are nice, but if you add the fan to the mist it cools you even more and has a farther reach. Also the installer was friendly and personable and listened to what we wanted. He worked with us to help us find the perfect cooling solution for our yard. We were thrilled with their service! My new misting systems works wonderfully. The owner of Mister Misters actually installed my system and was at my home for several hours. He was very professional and hard working. I really appreciated how well it all worked out from start to finish. I definitely would recommend Mister Misters to my friends and family.

Duane from Mr. Misters, installed a misting system around the perimeter of our rear deck about 4 months ago back in March of this year. Last week we noticed that the system was creating a pool of water at one end of our patio decking and soaking the fabric on two of our chaise lounge chairs. I called Duane and described the problems and we scheduled a maintenance call two days later at a mutually convenient time. Duane showed up promptly on time and I walked him through the problems. We activated the misting system and he quickly determined that one of the nozzles was leaking which contributed to creating the pool of water at one end of our patio. He also determined that in the "L" shaped section of our patio, the system was delivering too much mist to the area due to the concentration and direction of two misting arrays. The leaking nozzle was caused by a cracked gasket and Duane replaced the nozzle with a new stainless steel replacement nozzle which immediately stopped the leaking . He then changed the size of the nozzles in the two "L" shaped arrays to a smaller size which reduced the amount of misting going into that "L" shaped area of the patio. That eliminated the soaking of the fabric on our chaise lounge chairs. Duane was professional in listening to our problems and prompt in addressing them and fixing them. He stands behind the systems he installs and his subject matter expertise helps him in identifying both the problems and the solutions. This experience reinforces our original decision to go with Mr. Misters in the first place.......thanks again Duane !!! Larry Wieland

Duane came out and surveyed our patio area and determined the type of system we needed in order to adequately cool the area so we could enjoy our outdoor space during the hot Arizona summers. He estimated the number of nozzles, the size of the nozzles, the amount of tubing and the size of the water pump which supplies the water to the misting nozzles. He provided a professional bid and estimate of all parts, pieces and necessary equipment to complete the job in a very timely fashion....only a couple of days after his site visit. Since we sourced his company through Angies List, we qualified for his Angies List discount and agreed upon a start date for the project. Duane and his associate showed up on time and coordinated both the electrician and plumber sub contractors required to complete the installation. The installation was completed within a day as promised and the results were amazing. The system dropped the temperature to the point where we could sit comfortably on our patio even in 115 degree heat. The system really works as promised !!! Duane is extremely professional and he delivers what he promises. Anyone considering installing a misting system should look no further than Mr. Misters !!! He is the "Real Deal". Larry Wieland

They came to the house on time. They had sub contracted the plumbing and electrical work which were all very reasonable (also included in the costs above. The Patio is 30 x 14 feet and they also installed misters by the BBQ. The system is great and performs just as advertised.

I did a fair amount of research on a few different companies to install my misting system. I settled on Mr Misters partly due to the great reviews here on AL.com and meeting Duane in person. He is very good at putting you at ease and explaining what he is going to do along with complete quote. His pricing was best of the three I received, but his professionalism is what sealed the deal. Duane came out to install the systems with one of his guys. They were professional and neat and finished in one day. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Misters. If you are looking at installing a misting system I would highly recommend Mr. Misters.

I called Mr. Mister to repair our abandoned misting system. They came out as soon as they could and did an excellent job of taking care of all the problems which included plugged tubing, clogged misting heads, a broken pump and burst plumbing. They serviced the pump and made sure the system worked like new before leaving. We are very happy with the service and recommend Mr. Mister to anyone needing a misting system or repairs.

Others have previously recommended Duane at Mr. Misters and we would be delighted to add our name to that list. We feel it is important to make a recommendation since that is how we got in touch with this company, and there are many dodgy operators out there selling this particular trade. Duane knows his business, gives good advice, does what he says when he says it, at a fair market price. You cannot ask for more than that. One other piece of advice. Unless you have a highly developed sense of humor do not call an outfit named AquaScience. If you are in the mood for a laugh call a theatrical agent instead and they will send you some professional clowns. .

He does a good job. I recommend him highly. He knows his business. He is very accommodating to your suggestions as well.

Duane spent considerable time with us for the initial estimate and explained everything thoroughly; we were fortunate to have many years experience with misting systems and realized that this company certainly knew the business. Duane and Tom arrived promptly on our installation date and did a fantastic job! They both have a professional and detailed work ethic in addition to being personable and a pleasure to work with. They took their time throughout the whole installation as they strive for excellence - they succeeded. This system is much better than other companies we have used in the past and we are really thrilled . . . AND cool! The quality received for the cost far exceeded our expectations.

They were easy to work with. They were very responsive and great on price. They need to improve on their after installation follow up.

I contacted Duane about a misting system around my large patio and fogging around my pool. I met with Duane towards the end of our pool construction but prior to our landscaping being installed. Duane provided me options for missing and fogging but recommended that while the landscapers were installing the landscape to have conduit installed near our pool equipment so that misting lines could be pushed through the conduit when I decided what we wanted (just misting, fogging or both) without disruption to the landscape. Additionally, he recognized that the pool equipment panel was capable of supporting the power needs for the misting pump and noted that we should have a water supply line installed as well to the pool equipment. Shortly after our on-site visit Duane submitting a detailed quote of all components, units, prices per unit and extended cost as well options for the pump motor. Duane was very helpful in telling me that the pump required a 230 V outlet. He was very helpful in providing me the equipment specifications so I could arrange with the pool electrician to install the correct outlet. Duane's advice could not have been more perfect as I was able to easily have my landscaper add PVC conduit to fish the flexible misting line through and add the water supply near the pool equipment. I was able to have the pool company electrician install the appropriate outlet at the pool panel and set it up such that the pool panel controls the on/off of the misting system. Most importantly Duane kept me up to date on progress of the pump build and when he would likely install the misting system. I can't stress how great his responsiveness was throughout. Aside from periodic updates Duane always promptly returned calls, e-mails or texts from me. The installation of the misting and fogging system took a long day to complete - it was a large installation. Their installation was very clean and professional. Areas where they installed the stainless tubing to the home was done such that lines were level and installed without damage to the home or stucco exterior including accommodating for my rain gutter downspouts. Upon start up of the system I was immediately impressed at it's coverage. I had noticed that although the pump was quiet I wanted it quieter. I asked if I could get an enclosed pump, Duane accommodated my request noting extra time to have the pump enclosed and the added cost. It only took about 8 business days. Duane checked in with me for my availability and we worked out a time for him to drop off the new pump. At that time he installed the pump, ran the system, checked for any adjustments that were required and we used it this evening?.. we love love it and it's equivalent to the misting systems you encounter at restaurants or other businesses across the valley. Again, do not hesitate to contact Duane at Mr. Misters - he is extremely professional, personable, pleasant to work with and provides detailed quotes and uses high quality parts and equipment but best of all he provides excellent customer service. Of my projects this summer (pool install, landscape re-do, misting system install) I wish all the contractors mirrored Duane's approach to business.

I scheduled an appointment with Duane to service my mister system on a Saturday. Duane stated that he had a call before mine, but he would keep me posted as they day progressed. On Saturday, Duane provided updates and arrived at my home when he told me he would. He reviewed by mister system. He recommended that I replace the high pressure pump and nozzle heads. He also recommended a quick release and filters to be added the pump; which my old pump did not have. He quoted be a price of $1800; and that is what I paid. I am extremely happy with the service that I received from Duane. I would recommend him to my family and friends
