What a fantastic service. It was like magic, left for work one day and the outside of the house was looking shabby, return after a full day of work, and the house was completely transformed. Other than the house being perfectly painted, it was like they were never there. Great service, personable people.

Charles and Alex painting showed up on time, painted house in 1 day with no over spray or mess left at the house. The paint looks thick, durable and beautiful. we have received many compliments on how new the house looks. Charles and Alex painting helped us find the approved paint colors for the neighborhood so we wouldn't have any issues with the HOA and everything went way smoother than we had hoped. We found this painter when we were walking the dogs one day and had seen another house in the neighborhood that was recently painted and looked awesome. We knocked on the door and the home owners told us how happy they were with their experience and that they highly recommended Charles and Alex painting. Thanks for great experience.

I never thought trying to find someone professional and reliable to paint my house would be so difficult, I wish I would have found Charles and Alex Painting sooner. When I first called this company I got to speak directly with Jimmy who was pleasant and informative. Within a few days I had a proposal and agreement to paint my house. I scheduled my house to be painted 2 weeks later to fit in with my work schedule and they were very accommodating with the date I needed. During that in between time I was very indecisive in deciding what color to paint my trim because I have a multi colored roof and Jimmy was very patient and understanding with me. One night when I came home from work there was a box of different color paint samples at my front door that they left me. I ended up finding the perfect trim color in that box and I felt thankful and happy. Great customer service and just nice people. The exceptional and friendly crew was able to complete the work in one day. Very meticulous in prepping my house prior to painting which I appreciated. I love my new painted house. Definitely will use them in future for stucco repair and painting of my fence and cool deck painting.

I am dealing with my elderly mother's lovely home following her passing. She had not been able to keep up with things as conscientiously as usual during her last years, and there was a sudden and very tight insurance deadline to get certain exterior work done on the property. Friends' painters were not available. I went on Angies List and "Charles and Alex" got good reviews. Jimmy responded to my call and came to give me an estimate right away. We also agreed to expand my original scope of work to include some other things that were not as urgent, but needed to be done soon, at what seemed to me a very fair price. Scheduled the work for two days later. Workers showed up on time, were pleasant and professional. Seemed to really know what they were doing and were quite efficient. They also worked carefully--covered the ground, driveway, windows and fixtures well, no drips or spills. They were here for about a day and a half. Jimmy was here several times to check with them and me. He was also readily available by phone if I had questions. Before they left, the workers went back over the scene and took care of some remaining issues and cleaned up. I was completely pleased with the company and with the painters' work. It matters to me the care and quality with which my mom's house is treated, and I was satisfied on that count. There also was no drama (unless I introduced it with decision struggles), and they efficiently helped me get done what I needed to get done within a very short timeframe. In other words, dealing with them made things easier and better for me. That was quite a relief, given the unpredictability of experiences one can have with contractors and repair people. I plan to use them again when I am ready to do some more work.

After receiving three estimates to paint our home we decided to give our business to Charles and Alex Painting and here are a few reasons why... 1) When I called to ask for information I was able to speak directly to the owner of the company. Jimmy was not only helpful, he was patient, courteous, and extremely knowledgable in an area I am not. 2) For more peace of mind, I checked on line for reviews, their business license, and with Better Business Bureau. Charles and Alex Painting were up to date with no complaints. Amazing considering they have been a family owned business for decades! 3) Jimmy arrived at my home and walked around my house explaining what we would need and why, as well as how they would do it. I was then offered three different price points connected to the quality of paint to be used from from Dunn Edwards. My research revealed Dunn Edwards to be a professional quality product. We chose the Evershield line which is the highest level of quality for residential dwellings so we would not have to paint again for at least 12-15 years. 4) The team arrived to go to work on time and did a fantastic job. The house looks amazing and was very well done. In fact several neighbors stopped by to ask for the name and number of the company we used so they too could have their home updated and refreshed. 5) After our home was cared for so well by the team, Jimmy and his brother John stopped by to make certain we were completely satisfied "to our standards." We are totally satisfied. My wife and I think of ourselves as discerning and frugal customers and we are very grateful to find a company that is trustworthy and committed to customer satisfaction and a quality product. We had been given some lower estimates but for the above reasons, and many more, we went with the best so we could enjoy a quality and value added experience. To top it off, we made two new friends, Jimmy and John are great guys. Thank you both and your team... Well done!

We needed our fascia and back patio cover painted following some roof work, and it needed to be done quick before move in. We were able to get the painting scheduled and done to our expectations. They were able to get the same exact color to match the HOA color scheme for us. We opted out of getting the stucco done at that time, but will consider them when that time comes. We would recommend Charles and Alex Painting to our friends.

House built 2003 - had original faded paint on it and was looking bad enough that we got a letter from our HOA telling us we needed to remedy. We got 3 bids and selected Charles & Alex Painting. ?They power washed the complete exterior, repaired missing stucco, treated the fascia boards to fix the sun bleached roughness and repaired any and all cracks at joint lines. Then applied new paint to exterior and "pop outs". We selected a main color for the body of the house and a lighter color for the garage door, trim and pop outs. ?They also painted the exterior side of the common walls. ?Project started about 3:00 pm on first day - they were able to start a day earlier than scheduled - and were finished by 3:00 pm the second day. The crew was very professional, made sure to apply vinyl over all windows before the power wash and trim coat, then protected the trim and pop outs with another covering and applied main coat. House looks great now and should be good for 10-15 years. They used Dunn-Edwards paint which is formulated for the southwest. ?Jimmy and John were great to work with as was their crew. They were always on time and very professional. With our house this makes about 5 or 6 houses they have painted on our street and maybe 8 total in the neighborhood. ?They give estimates on the spot, no waiting and their quote is the price you end up paying.
