I had been using another pool company in our area and had issues with them not showing up at regular times every week, which caused problems with my dogs. When I emailed about getting a quote Josh Murphy (owner) emailed me right back and worked around my schedule to stop by and give me a quote. Was very knowledgeable about my equipment and had an answer to every question I asked. He told me their filter cleaning schedules and when they could fit me in. Told me they would stick as close as possible to the time each week and would be sure to let me know the day before if at all possible that they would be late or unavailable for some reason. They were about $30 less a month then my previous provider and offered all the same services. I decided to go with them and have been nothing but pleased. I have not had an issue with them not coming when they are supposed to. They leave a note every time the clean and let us know whats going on with the pool. When they found a leak in my equipment a couple weeks ago the left the info on my note and Josh called me that afternoon after I got off work to schedule a time to stop by and fix it. Since the system was shut off he came at the end of the day (again after I got off work) and got it fixed so we wouldn't end up with any problems with the pool chemistry. He got it fixed quickly and dealt with some other things I asked him to while he was there. Hiring this company was the best decision I have made regarding my pool bar-none!
