The first guy who came out was not very professional. He got my dishwasher working although now it makes a high pitch noise but it does drain anyway. Then I had him look at the guest bath bathtub spout which had been dripping for a long time. He took the handle part apart to see if there was a broken seal. Then he looked at the master bath which wasn't leaking in the first place. All I wanted him to do in the master bath was look at the handle because it wasn't staying on at all. So he took all that apart also. Then out of nowhere he said I didn't have the right parts and something about a Moen handle and then left. I didn't get to see what he had done till after he had gone. I went to check and I still had a leak plus he had left all the parts out on the side of the tub. Then with the master bath, he had left the handle off and the screw was in there so tight I couldn't get it off. I got so mad that I eventually was able to get it off and put the handle back on myself. Once I got the handle back on, I turned the water on and found out when he ut the parts back in, he didn't put them in well enough because it was then leaking from the handle where it had never leaked before. We called the company back and told them about it and had someone else come out and fix it for me. This guy was very helpful and friendly and apologetic for the previous plumber. He looked at both bathrooms and explained to me what the problems were. Then he went out and got the parts for it (after I got the estimate which looked reasonable to me) and came back and fixed both bathrooms. The company let me have a credit on the voucher I had purchased to help pay for this second guy. I just had to pay the difference which wasn't too bad. Overall, the experience didn't start out too well but ended better. Everything is fixed now and I don't have a leak anymore.

The experience was mediocre. I had to have them come back and do some additional work. They didn't do a good job of clean up, and left some things not professionally. It was a sloppy job, but everything is okay. I probably would not recommend them. The office is very responsive, but the workers not so much so. Handyman connection is more of a broker, so they have contractors that work with them. They as a company was very interested, but the contractor was not. He would not show up, and things like that. The office was very customer service friendly, while the contractor had little or no customer service skills. They smoked on the job, while we don't smoke, they left paper cups on the job. They would schedule time to come out, and wouldn't show up. They didn't paint some thing that they replaced. They didn't put the caulking on the top, and so when it rains, it leaks from the fan.

My experiences with them have been good. I have used them for a couple of things. I spent about $900 on the electric and about $450 on the carpentry/wall finishing. I liked the guy and he actually was here before. I have had no issues with the work he performed.

I called and set up an appointment for an estimate to re-stain our deck. The appointment was scheduled for 8am on Thursday, July 24th. No one showed up and no one called. This is definitely not good customer service.

Handyman sent me the first bid this afternoon and I expect the next bid within a couple days. i will choose one of those bids and use them for this project. I appreciate their responsiveness and sense of urgent and communication in resolving this project for me. They were very apologetic for the mix up in communication earlier in the week and i look forward to working with them. Roy Covert

They were very friendly and professional. However, they quality of work was way less than I'd hoped for, especially because they were the more expensive of my estimates but I thought it would be worth it.

Did a great job and helped me diagnose a couple other questions that I will need to get fixed as well.

We requested Larry at Handyman Connection due to the high quality cedar siding work he did for us three years ago. He arrived on time and began work immediately. Larry did a great job as usual. He is a worker that you can leave in your house and not worry about anything. Larry takes pride in his work and wants his customers to be happy with the finished product. We will be requesting him again for future projects.

I had a decent experience. I like that he was very thorough and what I don't like was it took three days to do the job that I thought it could have been done in a day and a half. To be fair to him a hundred turned out was not his fault. We had a very hard time getting there but he was very good at what he did. It was not very easy. There are things that is out of control that's why it took him so long.

He showed up on time and he caulked the windows. We went through Angie’s List and we got one of these $59 2 hour deals with them again and then they called and said that they had done that before and that $59 thing was a onetime thing. We weren’t eligible to do it again and the house that I was going to have them work on is a rental house and so my renter and Handyman Connection-Fayetteville haven’t been able to agree on a time so they haven’t actually done it yet. So I have 2 involvements with them. One, they did fine and the other one, they haven’t done anything yet but it’s not their fault.

It was okay. The man and the people were very nice but the problem was not fixed. They did schedule around my timeline. He was there on time. He was a very nice man. I would use them again for other things and we'll call them sometime to fix it again.

It was good. It all turned out fine.

I did not know how they were going to find a stud behind the ceramic tile on the wall, but he made it look easy. Now the grab bar is so solidly attached, that it has become an important safety feature.

The service was great. The guy did a great job, and some of it was harder than he thought, but got it all accomplished. He did a good job. There were additional charges for the parts that we needed. He put the nobs all straight. The price was just about right, it was what it was supposed to be. The quality of work was good.

The man who came to our home was professional, personable and knowledgeable. His work was excellent. The cost was on the high side, but we knew that up front. He was very much worth what we paid.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal. It was fine.There were additional charges based upon the job. It was about $130 more. They were very good and very efficient. I haven't had any issues.

Awesome! These guys are great. We bought a new washer and dryer but they were too wide for the spot in our older home; the only way to gain enough room was to remove the baseboard. Our baseboards are not standard; they are very intricate. They removed the baseboards, filled the nail holes, and painted the wall; it looks great and the washer and dryer fit like a glove. Thanks.

I rely on Handyman's quality of service.

Did general repairs to get my home ready for a rental tenant. The home had been empty for six months and needed a more than a little upkeep

Don Doyle was very efficient, on time, had all his equipment, and did a good job. They're very good about timing, they're very reasonable. Every time we call them they come in a day or so. We've been living here for almost ten years, and we have been using them for over 8 years.

David was able to go get the part that we needed and and brought the receipt to us. He was the most reasonable and honest as well. He did a good job.

They were very responsive when I called to ask about getting the service we had discussed in October actually done. He showed up on time, installed my new thermostat, and helped me hang 2 awkward (one in a stairwell, one a fairly heavy piece) pieces of art. Very personable, and we also discussed a potential bathroom remodel. Am waiting to get the bid on it.
