It went pretty well considering the age of my house and the fact that the house has settled and not all corners and walls are square.

We were thrilled with how it turned out!! All were great to work with and our project was done in the estimated time. They were professional and respectful. The wallpaper was stuck directly on the drywall so it wasn't an easy task.

Great. Everything was handled with professionalism, punctuality, accuracy, and speed.

I was having people over to my house in a few days so I needed the repair done quickly. They were able to send someone the very next day, which was fantastic. Ty was very professional, always on time, did a great job repairing the drywall, and always cleaned up after himself. Since my touch up paint had dried out, Ty purchased a new can which matched perfectly. I can't say enough about the great job and how much I appreciate them working with my tight timeline!

The work we requested was adequately completed. However, the technician was careless and did not cover any of our belongings before he textured sprayed the walls in three rooms. The over-spray was on our furniture, television, computer equipment and bedding. In fairness to the company, when I notified them they offered to send the technician back out to clean up. However, that would have been inconvenient. Additionally, the last thing we wanted was to have him back in the house.

The original fan had a light switch for both the light and the fan. When her put the new fan in he just connected it all to the same single switch so it's all or nothing unless you use a remote control.

He took our ceiling fan down and when he was ready to put up the chandelier he noticed there was a part missing. He left bc he couldn't finish the job, understandably. But when I got the correct part in and called back to schedule him to come back out and finish the job...they quoted me $375!! That was almost 4 times what the original job was that he only did half of!! What on Earth?

The service tends to be good. The problem is there are coupons available through Angie's List that you get a certain discount if the work is over $100. So they have an electrician that comes to do the electrician work and someone else comes to do the other work. So then the electrician charges $95 so it's just shy of the threshold for the coupon to kick in. So it seems a bit like a bait and switch as far as getting the contracts. They are a larger company but the individuals that come do the work do a good job. The quality of the work is good. I just wish they were a little more transparent about the costs.

We are very pleased with work from start to finish. Handyman connection is very easy to work with and the work is top quality and beautiful. We would not hesitate to use them again.

Handyman Connection, and Will in particular, was great to work with. He came out on time and when he was expected. His work was very good, and was completed in a timely manner. I would definately use him again.

The serviceman recognized that the brand of detectors I had were known to go bad. He recommended replacing all of them. He finished the job quickly and the cost of all the new detectors was much less than I expected.

It didn't. Was told we would need to prepay the entire amount before they would even step foot on the property. Would not entertain a deposit or retention held. This company expected FULL payment of an over $10,000 job BEFORE any work would be done. I've heard of deposit and progressive payments but never heard of a company wanting this sum of money without lifting a hammer. They declined to bid.

They call, say they are coming and never show up. The company we got to do the work quoted us $100 and Handyman Connected estimated $400 for a simple job. We only called them one time. They sent a guy out to give us a quote and said they would be out on a certain day. They did not show up so I called them, they said they would be out the next day and never showed up. All he had to do is clean out the old caulking and replace it. I really don't like the way they handled this. He seemed professional, but it kind of seemed to me like he did not know what he was doing.

What they don't tell you when you book this for $75.00 is that they will come to give you estimate on everything you want done vs. having them actually do what they can in the 2 hours. I could have had my neighbor install the bike hooks and he left a hole since he didn't find the stud. I was disappointed because I was under impression that I hired a handyman for 2 hours to get all the small stuff done in my home. Didn't feel like the offer was forthcoming on what I paid for and what I received.
