He was extremely kind, punctual, and helpful. He even noticed that our door had a faulty handle and he tried to fix that as well. I was well pleased overall with all of his work.

Unfortunately I was unable to take advantage of the Big Deal because they were unable to secure the grab bars onto the wood beams behind her shower. However, they were professional and helpful.

The work was done efficiently, in a quality manner, and the crew was very professional.

Provider showed up on time and completed all of the requested items so quickly! I would definitely use them again. In fact, my decorator was also over for a meeting, and she got Kevin's name and number to use in the future! Very happy with their work.

Couldn't be happier with the customer service and Troy's workmanship.

Everything was done as contracted.

I made first contact via email. Two or three days later I received a call from a very friendly lady who took down my information and what work we needed to have completed. She said they we busy and it would be a about 4-5 days before someone could call me just to set up an appointment with a handyman. Another lady did call me back 4-5 days later to set up the appointment. But the handyman wouldn't be able to get there for another week. A week later, on the day of the scheduled appointment, a lady called to say that the handyman was running late at his current job and could he reschedule for sometime next week. (At this point we were over 2 weeks from when I 1st called.) We had to reschedule for 2 weeks later because we were out on vacation. Finally, the day of the long awaited appointment comes and I am waiting for the handyman to came and give his bid. 20 minutes late he calls me. I'm thinking he's about to say he's only 5 minutes away and will be here soon. NO! He tells me he is running late on his job and it will be several hours. I had been holding off on running errands to make this meeting! At this point it had been almost a month from initial contact and we still didn't have an estimate! So I just said no thanks. This just shows me that they unable to meet deadlines! Don't want to hire them and have them run late on my job and not make someone else's appointment. And not keeping a meeting, TWICE! C'mon that's just not professional! My time is valuable but apparently not to Handyman Connection. It's too bad because they seem to have mostly good reviews and were always polite on the phone.

It went fairly well. It took about 24 hours to come back with a schedule. They cut it a little tight. The guy who showed up was friendly. He could not solve everything. It turned out I needed a plumber for one job and another job was a two person job. He was able to do all the other jobs. He installed a wall mount for a TV. He took out some bulbs. He knocked down a birds nest for me. He put together a dresser that comes disassembled.

Excellent! The entire team was responsive, professional and personalble. I personally could not ask for more.

The repairman was on time, gave suggestions for me to maximize my savings. Finished the job as promised and scheduled. Left area in good condition

They were very expensive and I was not too thrilled with the service. The guy was dry and not very nice or friendly. I was not happy at all. I said I needed it patched also and he said it would be additional $69.99 to patch the small hole. He came up with a price on the fly. Did not want to talk or say anything. The job took about ten minutes. He was suppose to be here at 9am and was late and did call. He showed up did the work and was gone by 9:30am. He brought his very young son with him.

It was okay. The job was well done. For that work, we would recommend them for someone else to consider them for sure. It was scheduled on time. There weren't any problems with that. The young gentleman was very polite and very professional. He did his work and then he was out of here. No problems.

They were great. Once they did the job, they did if very well. I would give them top marks.

Troy arrived on time and prepared to work on the job, he was able to negotiate a very steeply pitched roof and accomplish the repairs in the time that he estimated. After inspection, all looked as expected and I've had no more trouble with birds / squirrels getting into my attic from those openings. I am very satisfied with his work.

The office staff called me a week after the estimate to ask if I had made a decision. That was nice follow up and if I have any other issues I will certainly try this company.

Handyman arrived on time, as scheduled when he gave the estimate. Was quick and professional - doing exactly what I had asked. I was satisfied with the work that he completed, and would recommend them. Only negative was that his work space wasn't as clean as I would have hoped, but after a quick wipe up and wash, it looked just as before!

The service did not end up working.

The service was really good. They did a great job. I explained what I wanted and he did a really great overall.

The service turned out fine. I was not happy the first time so they sent someone out a second time at no cost and I was happy after that.

He came over looked at the problem and did not hesitate and went to work talked to me gave some advice said i may need to check some other thing that might be triggering the problem too.

Progress was very slow. Craftsmanship was average. Some of the work needed to be painted, but he did not do paint and did not offer to get a painting quote.

I liked the fact that they want your business and are willing to work with you on costs. They also stay true to their word on pricing. They always do a great job.

He replaced the florescent lights that were recessed in the ceiling, replaced the wiring and so on and so forth. My husband thought afterward that the quality of the work could have been better. They were on time and all that kind of stuff. I would use them again.

HC was on time and did a wonderful job.
