Class act, communicative, and an asset to the community. Can't recommend highly enough!

I realized our AC was not cooling. I searched Angie's list, and decided to call Clayburn HVACR Inc. because of the excellent reviews. When I called, the lady on the phone told me she could have someone at our house within an hour. Terry Clayburn arrived at the house on time and began diagnosing the problem. He found two possible problems, and quickly determined which one was the problem. Terry installed a new part which he had on his service truck and the AC was fixed. Terry is friendly, honest and professional and won't try to sell you anything you don't need. I was very happy with the work performed and Clayburn will be the company I call next time I need HVAC work. I would highly recommend Terry and his company!

I called when my air conditioning went out during very hot weather. Other services were days out but they came that afternoon. I had a Freon leak in the compressor coils and we decided to replace the entire unit. They recharged the unit and only charged half price. The next Monday they installed a new unit in one day. Everything works great.

The cost was really reasonable. They quickly serviced it, he had to go get a part and then come back and then he really suits me because of the other schedule and mine was one of those call in 24 hour thing, he worked me in and it was like he didn't work me in, it's like an appointment for months so I was really  happy with him. It was really inexpensive, I think it was about $60 total and he put additional pipes on and everything else, and he made 3 trips because the problem was he had to go get the parts to extend the pipe. He came right out that morning, he worked me in and he got out here and fixed it, he had to go get parts and run. I thought he would be gone a couple of hours, he was gone in less than half an hour to get parts and then he was back.

It was after 5pm when I arrived home and realized that our furnace had gone out.  I felt a bit desperate and knew I was going to have to pay big for an "after hours" call -- if anyone was even available.  I figured I would check Angie's List, make a few phone calls and leave messages on machines to return my call in the morning.  I made 3 phone calls.  I left a message for one, no answer on the other.  But on the third try, I got Terry Clayburn. 
I told Terry our furnace quit sometime during the day.  He said it would take an hour and a half for him to get out this way (we live in Centerton and he's in Springdale).  I told him we have a gas fireplace, so I wasn't too worried about keeping warm tonight and gave him the option of coming out tomorrow. He was more than willing to come out tonight.  He arrived at 6:45 pm and was finished with the job in 10 minutes.
A couple of things I really like about Terry (besides his responsiveness);  Terry was polite, honest, friendly, and quick to resolve the problem.  He explained the reset to me (thinking I would understand enough to do it myself if need be -- wrong), and charged me only the $55 service call fee he quoted on the phone.  He also mentioned he wouldn't even charge me at all if he hadn't had to drive a ways to get here. And mind you, this was after normal hours on a cold weeknight.  He didn't charge an "after hours" fee of any kind.  Rare. 
I'm so pleased,  I'm signing up for a maintenance contract with him (free of charge, by the way -- you only pay when they perform the service -- another rare service). I highly recommend Terry.

Wow, great guy. We called on Monday night at 9pm and Terry said he would be over at 6:30 when we get off work. He was on time and  found the problem in 5 minutes, it was a simple issue. He fixed it and did not charge us as he was in the local area and didn't have to do any work. That's what we call excellent trustworthy service. He could have spent time out in our garage and handed us a $300 bill. But he was honest and refused payment. Angie's List your service has just paid for itself. I am a believer in this and we will get rid of other heat and air people and call him with all our needs.

They replaced the blower motor on our furnace.

Randy and Jessie came out to repair my heating unit.  All that it needed was to have a sensor cleaned, but they both took the time to explain what they did and why.  While they were checking the unit out, they made sure that the unit was clean and functioning properly.  They were able to come out the same day that I called, and arrived on time.  They were professional, informative and kind.  I will definitely call Calyburn again.

Terry arranged to get out there when I needed him.  He was punctual, efficient, knowledgeable, professional and saved me a great deal of money over what I might have paid others.  The only bad thing about publishing this report is that once you discover what a great find Terry is he will be high in demand and I might lose him!  Highest possible recommendations!!!

All I can say is that Terry Clayburn with Clayburn's HVACR is a god send

Our AC has never worked better. Terry Clayburn has since completed a wide variety of other tasks around our home at very fair and reasonable prices. He has been a true blessing to my son, and I, and we are so grateful to him for what he has done for us.
