Initial contact, planning and installation process went well including dealing with a large amount of rocks in our soil. Once the yard was dug up it then became weeks of promises to be on the job site and to finish, with noone showing up at my house. Part of the agreement for the job was to place sod over the trench line once it was complete. I have spent about 5 weeks being told they would come out to finsih the job, while having to mow and edge around the trench line depression in my yards. I finally had to hire a second contractor at additional expense to come out and fill in the ditches so I can get my yard back to healthy. Company owner has stopped returning my calls/text messages about the issue and was paid in full once all but the fill in was complete. The company has the expertise to do the job (sprinklers work great), but is severely lacking the business follow up process and completion of contractural agreements.
