Repaired garage door no problems replaced motor

They were very punctual and responsive in answering the call and having somebody out right away to give us an estimate. After we gave them approval to go ahead with the work, again they moved quickly and had somebody out there to do the work the next day like they said they would. They got all of the work completed and everything was done correctly. We were very pleased with the work.

Harmon door installed my doors when I built my home 15 years ago. I periodically have them to service and lubricate them. I have had absolutely no problems with any aspect of the company. It is a pleasure to do business with them.

Our garage door was not working at all. My husband fixes most things around our house including the garage. The man came when my husband was out, the garage door was closed, he grabbed the 2 ft. section on the pole above the door, slid it to the middle. I went inside expecting it would take some time. Never heard him go back out to his truck, the receipt did not state a charge for a new part. He knocked on my door maybe 2 min, at the most 5 min later wanting $150.00.

The job was outstanding from the moment the estimator arrived on time for the appointment until the old doors and openers were removed, replaced and hauled away. Bill who gave me the estimate and scheduled the installation and Kenny, the technician who installed the doors and openers were very professional and also very pleasant to talk to. I would feel very comfortable in recommending Harmon Overhead Door to anyone.

They came when they said they would, friendly, honest. Fixed my garage door.

The garage door was making a loud noise when it closed. The service provider replaced a lot of missing bolts and tightened others. He also checked on the other mechanics of the door. It has been working great since. The technician was polite and professional.

I called Harmon on Tuesday, the repairman showed up on Wednesday morning a little ahead of schedule, and had it fixed and sounding better than ever in no time at all. I was very pleasantly surprised when the total bill came out to under $100.

I could not ask for a better experience. They came the same day I called, the gentleman who came was very honest and professional. I will use them in the future and recommend them to anyone who needs their services.

Called this business because another had been here 3 times, but could not find the problem, which had to do with a frayed wire to the and quot;eyeand quot;,

I was super pleased with their service. They had to come twice but did not charge me for two service calls. The price was great and they were easy to work with. I was not there during the time of work but they were able to come out the same day I called.

I called them and they were out within two hours...on time. Charlie Jr. went above and beyond the required task. He replaced the two springs (better to change both) as requested. He then repaired a second rate initial install on the tracks. Surprisingly, he adjusted every hinge to eliminate noisy operation and lubed the door. He also seviced the drive gear on the motor and reset the chain tension for the lift. He explained everything as he went alond and cleaned up after he was done. Outstanding...Job Well Done!

Just trying to get a quote. What a joke. Told the gal on the phone I wanted to replace my garage door and the opener. Guy shows up and thinks it's just the door. He brought NO brochures no nothing. Iand quot;m confused. You bring out a tech NOT a salesman. Then his cell phone was constantly ringing and he would interrupt us to answer it. WOW! Regarding the garage door opener. I wanted one of the new ones that connect to the internet. Again NO brochures no nothing about what they sell. He had to call the office. The company sent the wrong guy. You don't send a technician to do a salesman's job. Won't be using these guys.

My wife was having trouble getting the gargae door to rise when she got home from work on Thursday night, so she asked me to try it using the indoor control. After two unsuccessful attempts we heard a loud bang and saw that the top panel (4 panel door) had physically separated from the other panels! It was not an emergency, since her car was outside, so I didn't call for service until Friday morning. The first company that I contacted was booked and couldn't get to us until Monday. Harmon Doors said that they were also booked but that they would try to get to me in the afternoon. Rusty arrived at approximately 1 pm, and just shook his head, saying "I've never seen a door come apart like that!". Fortunately he was able to get the broken spring and cables replaced and the door put back together in just over an hour of hard work. He said that he still had two more appointments to go to. Thank you Rusty!

I was very pleased with the responsiveness, dependability and work done by Harmon Overhead. The break was a complicated one to fix as one piece of metal broke into two pieces (and not at a seam). The person who came out (I can't remember his name), had to have some ingenuity to figure out how to fix what was broken, but he did it and did an excellent job. It's better than even before the break. If/when I have garage door problems in the future, I will most definitely use this company again!

Late one evening as I lowered the garage door it jammed and twisted causing the damage to the rails and the door getting stuck half way down. I tried to fix it myself and soon realized I was in over my head. Called Harmon and they sent out Rusty within 3 hours to assess the damage. He suggested we fix the horizontal tracks and possibly replacing the rollers. We worked together to get the door down completely to secure the garage. Had to wait a few days for the rails to arrive. Rusty came back out early Monday morning after calling to inform me that he was on his way. He replaced the rails quickly and efficiently then went about servicing the door. He found a damaged hinge and replaced it. (That might have been the root cause of the problem.) He also swapped out the rollers and greased the screw drive. He also went about eliminating the squeeks and noise from the door. He specifically made sure I was satisified with the performance of the door before he considered himself done. My door (which is over 25 years old) is quieter now than it has ever been since we bought the house over 7 years ago. Rusty was friendly, knowledgeable, offered advice, and provided superior customer service. He is a terrific example of taking care of the customer.

Arrived at scheduled appointment time. Called ahead of time to be sure time was still good for me. Work was performed professionally and efficiently.

Showed up on time, very knowledgeable, and got our garage door working again. Second time I've used Harmon Doors and will continue to use them in the future.

We received outstanding service from our technician (Rusty) who has helped with this type of problem several times in the past couple of years. He's efficient, friendly, and does an excellent job.

The guy that came out to work on the door was very knowledgeable. You got the idea that he could adjust one in his sleep. We were really pleased with them.

They came within two to three hours after we called them. They provide same-day service. They were cheap too. We have read several reviews about them.

Harmon is a company we'll call again. Others jacked up their prices since the New Year. Harmon's was the same as original quote. Called them one day, they were here for the work the next. NO COMPLAINTS!

Chad came on Day 2 after the two gentleman the day before determined the need for a set of sensors or eyes but didn't have the time to travel back to Little Rock to get them. Chad replaced both sensors on the door, checked the sensors on the other garage door, realigned and adjusted the tension on both doors and sprayed both with silicon lubricant. He did a great job and is a credit to the company.
