I called them at 8:00 a.m. & the dispatcher said they would have someone there by 10:00 & he woud call before coming. I recieved the call around 9:20 & he said he was on the way. They replaced the drain pipes under the sink first & then unclogged the drain. They were very professional & polite & kept me informed on everything they were doing. I was very pleased & would use them again.

I liked everything about them. They did what I asked, and did a professional job. Their prices were reasonable, and I will use them again.

Excellent work and I was actually out of town in Lowell, AR. Lusk came out and shut the water off went ahead and replaced the valve at the side of the house. And left me my bill in my mail box, I tried to call them that night but they let me pay them when I rescheduled for the kitchen faucet repair the next morning. Very prompt and dependable.

Everything went smoothly, and the line was cleared. The plumbers were prompt, courteous, and professional.

I called early on a Monday hoping to get someone to look at it that day. They didn't have availability until late the next afternoon. The person they sent out was right on time, and very professional. This was the third estimate I got, and their number was nearly twice the next highest bidder ($1300 vs $700). I couldn't afford that, and went with someone else. I may use them for small jobs in the future, but nothing of any size.

The technician/plumber who performed the work was named Bill. He brought a helper with him. They were very professional and worked quickly and efficiently. The fixed the kitchen faucet first and then moved to my shower. Both fixtures were leaking and had been damaged by an eight-year build up of lime. They spend a total time of 30 minutes at my place and I was well pleased with the outcome..

The representative arrived on time and was very nice. He repaired the faucet very quickly and I have had no problems with it since. Very pleased.

The technician arrived when expected. He was very patient trying to locate the clean out (and very nice about it), which had been buried somewhat by soil erosion. Have had no problems with it since.

we had a leak in our shower pan, called Ray Lusk Plumbing, sent out their specialist ( forgive me I forgot his name) in this department. What a pleasure he was. Takes pride in his work, and is passionate about it. Told us what kind of tile we had and explained the types of shower pans used in older homes. Said that the shower pan may just be overwhelmed and that we should try grouting it. the grout around the edges of the floor had cracked and come out in several places. Said that we could do it ourself or he would be happy to do it. We chose to have him do it, because, we could tell he would do a great job, which he did. Also Ray Lusk Plumbing said if grout did not take care of the problem, the shower pan would have to be replaced, and if that was the case, the price we paid for the grouting would be applied to the cost of replacing the showerpan. So far so good. Seems to have worked.

I enjoy his services. I ask for Bob every time. He has been nice enough to give me a few tips.

. I called to have the faucet repaired because it leaked constantly, hoping that all it would take was the replacement of a washer. I was told (over the phone) that they would just rebuild the whole faucet, at a cost of $144.00. I decided to go ahead because of the volume of the leak - it was practically running in a stream. So he rebuilt the faucet. He observed that the hot water pressure was very low. I told him that it had been steadily getting worse, but that I had been told by another repairman a couple of years previously that there was build-up in the line and that it couldn't be fixed. He looked at it and said that he would have to come back the next day with another repairman, because he thought they'd have to adjust the water pressure control at the shut-off valve. That night when I tried to run the dishwasher, there was not enough hot water pressure for it to run. He and his helper returned the next day and took the water line apart under the sink. They discovered that the tee coupling was plugged up. They replaced it, and the water pressure is great. The charge for the second call was sixty-five dollars. I had a $25 off coupon, so my total bill was $184.00 The work they did was excellent - they were prompt and professional and conscientious. I thought the price was pretty steep - I could have bought a new faucet for the same amount. Of course, then I'd have to have it installed, which would have been expensive. Overall, I was pleased with their service and would call them again.

He gave me some great advice on redoing the bathroom that I had. Most of the work was done by the people at Home Depot they had their own plumbers. He did come out and told me what I needed to do and what I needed to get. So I thought that was very, very nice. It was in the last year. Not too terribly long. I have his card, and I will call him again.

Great - arrived on time and communicated about the work done.

A very simple straightforward repair. Technician showed up on time, was courteous, efficient and professional. Also inspected the other two toilets for any problems, found none. Previously I'd only used this company for lawn irrigation system service and repair and have been VERY favorably impressed with them. Hadn't had much need for a plumber in the house before, but liked their work in the yard so much that I decided to try them. Glad I did! Highly recommend!

We had an issue with a couple of faucets and hot water - they came buy when expected - made a couple of recommendations we followed those and had to call back for fine tuning - they returned and made sure all was well. This is about the third or fourth time we have used them and based on our experience with them will continue to use them in the future.

Very curtious and polite. Didn't take but about 25 to 30 minutes. Knew what he was doing.

He came, he did the work, he left. (I already told this in the above. It was at my mother's house, however, I will call him for a job at my house this month.)

Our kitchen drain was stopped up. The technician Bob told us what he'd need to do, and prior to performing the work, gave us the cost, assuming his action was effective. He also mentioned that sometimes coupons are available. We had printed the $25 coupon available from Angie's list, and did use it. He got on the roof and snaked the drain, and managed to clear the stoppage. Even though the drain was working he continued to snake the line to ensure the stoppage didn't just move farther into the drain. After he finished he came in and told us what he found, and asked if we had any questions. We were pleased with his work and his professionalism.

Because it's a larger company, they have more plumbers and can get to you faster in an emergency. I have used another plumber in town that I liked, but since he is a one man shop it's difficult for him to respond quickly when there's an emergency. They were very pleasant, and didn't mind at all that my dogs were trying to help them in their work!

Overall positive experience. They were at my home exactly when they said they would be both times they came out. The technician explained our options and gave recommendations for the best and least expensive avenue for repair.

I worked with them and they were excellent. Evidently, the water was going in the wrong way and now, I don't any problems at all. I was surprised with what they charged me because another company had charged me $129 just for coming out but they could not fix it and so, they refunded the money. They charged $129 and did nothing. I thought that they were very courteous and very timely. They explained it. They did everything that you would want a contractor to do when they come to your house. They cleaned up after themselves and everything. I don't grade anybody highly that easily. They were early. They were very much professional. You would want the people to come in and understand your problem. They should act as if they care about you asking them to do the job. You don't want them to just come in and do the job but to care about what your problems would be which was what they did. They were very positive. I would absolutely call them back if I needed to. I bought this house and just moved here. You know as to how you find things after you move in. I showed them something that I thought would be a problem and they looked at it without any extra charge. He told me that it would be quite a job. He talked to me about it. He said that he would come out, look at it and give me a detailed quote anytime that I wanted. They were very kind and so, I would have them back.

It has worked wonderfully and the price is fair for the work they did. They were polite and came when they said they would come. They also did everything they said they would do and were very professional.

They are great. I’ve used them and they are very good. They did some irrigation work a while ago and I really can’t remember too much about it. The quote process was a good experience. They were very professional, very helpful and very knowledgeable. It was definitely a good experience with them. I will consider using their services again in the future.
