It went very well.

Couldn't have gone better, very professional and extremely thorough. After his inspection he went threw his findings so I understood the issues with the house, good and bad. The inspection report was detailed and having the findings color coded from green to red made it very easy to read. I will defenatly recommend this service and will also be hiring them again for my next house.

The home inspection is one of the best investments that we've made in our entire lives because it definitely prevented us from wasting thousands upon thousands of dollars down the road. Because of the incredibly detailed and honest inspection that we received, we decided NOT to buy the home due to the many underlying issues that it had that Mr. Mobley identified. He was very straightforward about the things that he discovered and openly discussed the costs and future problems associated with the the needed repairs. He explained everything in a way that made it easy to understand and spent at least an entire HOUR talking about what he found in the home. He was extremely thorough and honest with us. In a way, he saved our lives. We would definitely hire him again!

Richard did a home inspection for us. (He actually inspected two homes for us). I trusted him completely and felt he really cared about our family and where we decided to live. GREAT man. His staff is incredible and always prompt to respond. Would HIGHLY recommend them!!

The price is higher than other inspectors but it is well worth the little extra for the quality you receive.

Mr. Mobley with ProTeam was excellent. As first time home buyers, it was very helpful to have someone walk us through every part of the inspection, and take the time to answer all the questions we had. It was easy to schedule, he arrived on time, and was very thorough with the inspection. We received the report promptly, and this was easy to understand, and thorough with descriptions. All of our interactions were handled professionally, and both Mr. Mobley and Martha were very friendly and easy to talk with. We highly recommend using their services!

I could not have asked for a better home inspection experience! Richard Mobley inspected one house for me and helped me realize that it was going to be a total money pit. He was incredibly informative about what repairs would need to be made and what to expect if I chose to purchase a poorly maintained house. A few months later he inspected another house for me, which I ended up buying. Then after I moved in, I slowly started noticing the trim peeling away from the walls/ceiling. I was worried there was a roof leak causing the issue or, worse yet, a foundation issue. Not knowing who else to call to figure out what was going on, I called on ProTeam Inspectors again, and Richard Mobley came back out free of charge. He has an incredibly professional demeanor and a thoroughness that is hard to find anywhere else. Luckily, the trim issue wasn't as bad as I thought, but even so, he offered me contact info for a second opinion and went over all the possibilities for what it *could* have been. Overall, I have been thoroughly impressed with all 3 experiences I've had with Richard Mobley. He is definitely the only home inspector I will use, and I highly recommend him every chance I get!
