Downey was a pleasure to work with from the start. We did much of the packing, and Downey was easy to work with to get supplies and advice. We then had packers do the final and difficult work on Mar 12, 2015. They arrived as committed, packed quickly and efficiently, and finished as they said they would by end of day. The original plan was to load the truck on Mar 13, but rain was forecast so the load was delayed until Mar 14. The truck and crew arrived as committed and loaded the truck, finishing about 6pm. Because we didn't close on the new house in Frisco until Mar 31, the truck was scheduled to deliver on April 1. Just as before, the truck arrived on time, the crew unloaded all the stuff, put it where we wanted it, and were done by about 3pm. After everything was unpacked, we only found a few broken items (packed by us!). Overall, this is a case where an agreement was made, and Downey delivered on all agreements. We were very pleased with the people, service and support.

They were polite, professional and prompt.  I would recommend them to anyone and would use them again if needed.
