They do a good job. I had some questions about the way the thermostat worked and the service technician had all the answers. It was pretty much routine. Everything seems to go really well.

It's good to know that they have pros that are taking care of a rather sizeable investment. It's good to know they have pros there that know how the system works.

A technician came out on a Friday and inspected the system. He cleaned the coils, etc, and told us what we already knew--it's old and needs to be replaced soon. He was very polite and professional. The next afternoon we realized the A/C was no longer cold so we checked the compressor and found one of the lines frozen over between the unit and the house. I called their after-hours number and the same gentleman was there within an hour. He checked the coolant level and made a phone call before reporting his findings: The coolant was below norms when he checked it (in fact, the act of checking it might have released enough to cause this problem) but he thought it was acceptable for that model. When he talked to his colleague he was told that the number was much lower than it should be for our house and system. The technician was visibly embarrassed but he took full responsibility. He added coolant (no charge-part of our maintenance agreement) and apologized repeatedly. I told him that everybody makes mistakes, but his double-checking his calculations and owning up to the gaffe were rare. We appreciated his candor and his attitude throughout the whole situation. They will be back for the fall (furnace) inspection in a couple of months, and I expect to renew our contract with them next year.

The technician was pleasant and competent. He even used booties over his shoes! This is rare from service people even during inclement weather. The price covers service on the furnace in the fall.

They were good, really good. They were very prompt and efficient. They did a great job. Afterwards, having to tear a hole in the ceiling and what not, they cleaned up. They were phenomenal. It's like they were never there. Their timeliness was very good. They were thorough and got everything done, I thought, in a timely manner. I would definitely use them again in the future. We've already had them out again to look at something else for us.

Refrigerant was overpriced and estimate on new A/C system was way overpriced. Technician was very professional though.

I am someone that works with contractors everyday and recognize good companies when I see one. I knew that the system that I had currently was in need of replacement, I took a long time to research the best company for the project. I settled on Stedfast because of their reputation for honesty, fair price, knowledge base and professionalism, they didn't disappoint me. They promised the work would be done in 4 days and the fourth day everything was complete, including installation of a new energy efficient Package Unit, new Ductwork and new Thermostat. I asked three different companies to look at the installation of items listed above, and provide a quote. Stedfast blew everyone else out of the water, doing the work for $11,000.00, their other competitors quote being above $18,000.00, big difference. A very satisfied customer.

Generally satisfied with the pre install planning. The installers were left without supervision and te two day job was finished in six hours. It took several weeks to get the work inspected.

They did a good job. There was no problem with them except that I was sick that day and they were really loud. I would recommend them to other members too. They were very competitive in their price. Their quality of work was good. This is the second time I have used them and would use them again in the future.

They handle Trane air conditioner and that's what I wanted so that's why I went with them. They had to come back and fix it.

Very professional and very thorough. Addressed issues that included air return, ventilation and the new codes since the original system was installed. I did not purchase from them only because they are a Trane dealer and the pricing on the Trane system did not fit into our plans for the property. I would certainly recommend this company.

Mike Love, the owner, came out and gave me an estimate for a new heat pump and air handler, as mine was kaput. He talked me out of purchasing a new system because I am moving soon and will not get my money out of it. He was very professional and personal, he cares a lot about his company and how things are done. His installers came out when they said they would and installed everything perfectly. Now we have a very comfortable house!
