Interstate Relocation Systems

I would tell someone to never use these people. We had to move my daughter. Had a quote and they showed up. They gave us a guarantee that they would be there. It was a two day window and they showed up at 7:00 p.m. on the second day. These people, they were awful. They charged us 62% more than the quote and they were 5 days late on the delivery. We are still bickering with them about a refund. They were suppose to delivery it July 5th which they didn't do. It was suppose to be about $5,000. They weren't totally loaded until 3:00 p.m. of day three. They just threw things in a box. Broke a few things and didn't tell me. They went ahead and packed them broken. Left me a mess in the kitchen with a broken spice jar. They were suppose to not move any dresses with anything in them and we got to the other end and the dressers and the chest still had the clothes in them. In other words, they did not pack them which stresses the furniture. They were not responsive to my complaints or my comments. They had a lot of foreign speaking and I'm fine with foreign speaking as long as they can converse with me. They were not able to communicate well because English was not their first language. They did not tell us that they were going to offload to a storage area and then reload into a second truck. They did not charge for the storage but it caused damage I think and we lost somethings. They also claimed that they were all their employees however once it left us I think from then on it was contract workers because the people delivering it were all contact workers. They were not employees of the company. So in other words, they lied quite a bit. They were guarantee delivery was off about 3 or 4 days. It cost us to have extra hotel bills and delay of other travel plans. This was a cross country move from North Carolina to Kentucky.
