Description of Work: They were very nice when they came. I have 6 sprinkler heads along a drive that had new sod which required frequent watering. Two of the heads had been buried by the installers of a new driveway.The heads were adjusted by this company but they overshot the area and went over to the neighbor's drive instead of watering the area I needed. I contacted the company by email and received a response but no offer to correct the heads's direction. |I did pay an additional fee to add a component to each head in the driveway area for directional purposes

+ -1 moreThey showed up on time and went right to work. It was obvious that they knew what they were doing. They fixed everything and explained exactly what they had done. I would definitely use them for any sprinkler issues in the future.
Description of Work: Checked all the sprinklers and replaced any that were broken. They even moved one of the sprinkler heads so that it would work more efficiently.

+ -1 moreMC Irrigation came out early in the morning and did an initial evaluation of my total system, making some minor adjustments at that time. They then discussed with me additional items other than just a 'tune up' that needed to be done in order to have a fully functional irrigation system for my yard. After agreeing to the additional work and price, we made another appointment for later in the afternoon for them to complete the work. They did return as promised, made the agreed to additions of work and did a walk through with me demonstrating the sprinkler system operation was to my satisfaction, which it was.
Description of Work: Checked my 4-zone sprinkler system and verified all sprinkler heads were operational replacing a couple that were malfunctioning and adjusted spray patterns for those that needed to be including changing nozzles as required. Also, since my shrubbery and landscape plants around my house foundation area have grown considerably since installed approximately 14 years ago, MC Irrigation installed taller risers for those needed.

+ -1 moreMichael and his two assistants had to dig along the line to find the leak, about two hours of hard labor. He was very careful to try to not damage any of the plants in the area and cautioned his helpers as well. He consulted with me about strategy for finding the leak to be as least disruptive as possible to my manicured lawn and plants. The work was done as rapidly as possible in a professional manner. He did have to redo some of the lawn restoration work on inspection, but all was completed to my satisfaction and at a very reasonable price.

+ -1 moreMichael was very knowledgeable and professional. He was very methodical and thorough and checked the work of his assistant very closely. He answered all my questions and repaired everything that I mentioned plus a few additional problems. He spent a considerable amount of time checking that all the sprinklers in each zone were purged by the compressed air. He also identified where I should consider future modifications next spring when the sprinklers are turned back on. I had prepaid through Angie's List for the winterization deal and his charges for the additional work were reasonable. To summarize, I was very impressed by him and will continue to use him in the future.
Description of Work: Replaced bad rotors and pop-ups. Installed fitting for compressed air connection. Checked and adjusted sprinklers in each zone before performing winterization.
