Fast response and efficient repair. However, I told them that I want a repair to a zone not shutting off and I also wanted the system winterized. The man that showed up didn’t have the equipment needed to winterize my system. But he did fix my faulty zone quickly and professionally.

They are very good at their business. Repaired my sprinkler system and did a complete redo of my front flower beds. We will call them next time we need this type of work done.

Pro-scapes said they had a 4 to 8 week backlog, and true to their word they started about 6 weeks after we got their quote. They were careful to double check that what they were about to build was going to be placed where we wanted it, then they hit the ground running and built our block wall quickly. I was very impressed with how neat they kept their job site. Sod laying got delayed by heavy rains, but they came back on the evening of July 3 so that we would have a finished yard for our pool party on the 4th. Their price was more than fair, the wall is well made and looks good, and we now have more usable space in our backyard. I look forward to using Pro-scapes for more projects at our house.

Thomas is the type of person you wish all service men were. Honesty and knowledge = great value. Highly recommended.

He explained his pricing before he started the repair. He did run into some unforeseen issues but he explained them to me. He was upfront about everything. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
