Very prompt and excellent workmanship

Completely unorganized & unprofessional company. They sent a tech out to our business to fix a BROKEN GARAGE DOOR THAT THEY INSTALLED, who said they need to order a part, and they would call me with an update. After 2 weeks nobody called so I called them back 5 times over the course of the week asking for an update and they said "management will call you" and they never once called. I am not sure who runs this company but they are completely unorganized.

They called me promptly, had quick availability, were easy to get in touch with and flexible when I needed to reschedule. The technician was on time, knowledgeable, professional and efficient.

Mobile app would not connect to the door so I cannot use my cell phone to open or close the door. Door needs additional adjustment. Supposed to have gotten an e-mail receipt of bill and my payment. Never received.

The installers were prepared and are very knowledgeable. Demonstrated how to use our new remotes and outside panels. Also made us aware of future issues that may occur.

The service technician, Bradly, installed a new garage door opener for me. He was professional, courteous, very helpful, and just delightful!!! Thank you, Bradly!

The price wasn’t bad if it had been $50 less that would have been awesome. the technician did a great job. He looked so young but he has the knowledge of an old soul. He also spoke very highly of the company.
