They were fantastic. They did exactly what I wanted them to do, which was diagnose my initial issue, then inspect the overall job and make recommendations regarding additional repairs or areas of concern, but do so with no pressure. They far exceeded my expectations. While the final cost was a bit more than I anticipated, I can honestly say it was well worth it! I would not ding them for my low estimate. They did a wonderful job and the Technician (Ron) was excellent. Informative, not a high pressure sales type. I definitely would recommend them to anyone who has an issue and wants it resolved, but also wants a heads up about other potential issues.

My problem still remains. The young man doesnt know what the root cause of my problem is. You would think he would ask for help and contact us. That has not happened, so not happy with the outcome.
