It went very well; very responsive and helpful in setting up service call, giving us advice on repair.

I called nine days ahead to make an appointment. The person I spoke to told me that she would check the schedule & call me back. I did not get a call back until the day before I planned to have the work done. Luckily I made other plans. The repairman arrive on time & in about a half hour the door was repaired.

It went very well. The installer came right on time. He removed the old doors and all the parts and pieces. Installed the new doors and openers, taking care to keep everything clean. All scrap picked up and removed from the garage. All wiring was carefully routed and stapled in place. He cleaned all markings off the new doors and swept out the garage. When he left, the garage was cleaner, than when he arrived.

They actually fixed the garage door for a price less than what they had estimated it would cost. The repairman was very knowledgeable, experienced, and did the job correctly. I would recommend their services to others.

Initially I had no problems, but after using the doors a bit they slid off the rails and got jammed. Being handy myself, I looked around and found that several crucial nuts had not been tightened and the wheels where sloppily adjusted.

The workers removed the old steel door and chain-drive opener and installed a new insulated steel door and belt-driver opener. The work was performed and completed as promised and the new door operates flawlessly. The workers were pleasant, courteous and professional. They removed all old material and debris and left the area neat and clean.

The technician (Kevin) was at my home when I arrived there at the appointed time, he had the correct parts with him and the work was done quickly at a price less than quoted. Adra, the lady who made the appointment was nice and was able to call me back with an earlier appointment than first projected. A very good experience for me.

The new steel door is a much better quality then the old door we had on our home. They offered several different doors to choose from. The installers did a very good job installing the new door. We are very satisfied with the door and the prompt service they offered.

They are very reliable and did a great job for a lot less then other companies around the area do. The man that came out was very nice, talked for a few minutes and then got straight to work. I have not had any problems with my doors but I know they would stand behind their work, so I'm not too worried about that.

After they got done with the repairs our garage door ran like it was brand new. We hoped the work they did would give us the results we wanted and it did. They were very nice people to work with and if we had a question they answered them truthfully. We got great results without any hassles and couldn t have wanted any better.

The original price was $900 for the cost of the installation, but one of the two men that were serving our community was out for two days due to an emergency. It took them three days after the agreed date to get out here and install the door so they gave us a $300 discount on it. They installed our garage door in a very professional yet apologetic manner. They showed us great respect.

The one thing I really enjoyed about their service was that they would come out the very next day after you called them. It wasn t a major fix, but we haven't had any problems with this opener since they adjusted it.

This company is great when it come to timeliness. I had an appointment within a day or so. I have not had any problems with the door at all. They did a very good job on the clean up and removal of the old door.

We've used Overhead Doors in several states in the past. The reason being is that some of the garages that we have had, are just too plain for us. So we started using Overhead Doors. They have always given us anything short of very professional top of the line quality work, from the beginning to end including the clean up.

These guys did a wonderful job and cleaned up all the mess. They were on time and I would highly recommend them. They were caring and polite and were focused on doing a good job. The garage doors are a good quality door and we haven't had any problems with them.
