Description of Work: Installed ceramic tile. Great job. Installed Berber carpet. Good job. Installed plantation shutters. Shutters were uneven and have never looked right. Poor fitting and installation.

Description of Work: They installed a rug with a pattern. First time the pattern was off by a inch and half.. They did come back to fix but still off a little. We were selling the house so didn't complain after the fix. The installers damage the wall and base board. I was told the owner would contact me about repairing but I never heard anything. Called back again and again did not hear back. The sales person never followed up. Since we were selling, I repaired myself.

Description of Work: What an awful experience. We needed matching man made hardwood for our kitchen after a flood, they said hey had it and took our payment then couldn't come up with the product. We had no floors for weeks waiting on them and try never got any so we had to go with another provider and option. In the mean time, it took them weeks to refund our money. Very frustrating.
