True Rain exceeded our expectations in fixing the problems creat4ed by our former landscape company and installing a pot watering system that was done beautifully hiding the hoses to the pots.

Excellent service and they did only the necessary work. I had originally worked with another company and was disappointed but this company came to the rescue and now my sprinkler system is back running and I have a new awesome digital controller. 5 stars all the and great guys!!

The overall experience is great

It seems. I spoke too soon in my previous review. If you want a company that stands behind its work, do not hire this company. They were very professional and helpful at first, but once they got their money, I failed to exist. Among many problems I had with my sprinkler system (including a controller and some sprinkler heads that had gone bad), I also had two underground leaks. They supposedly fixed both leaks, but after using my system, I discovered that they were not repaired and still leaking after their initial repair. When I first contacted Nathan, he assured me they would come back and fix the leaks. Two weeks later I contacted him again, and he said he was sick, but would be back to fix the problem. Five weeks later, after still not hearing from True Rain, I tried contacting them again multiple times via text and phone calls. and got absolutely no response to my messages or voicemails. I even called the office and spoke to someone claiming to be the owner, and he assured me they would be back at my home following the Thanksgiving holidays to fix my problems. Another lie. All I was asking for was for the company to stand behind their work, but they were too unprofessional to do so. Take my word, do not hire this company

True Rain came prepared and ready to fix regulator. Done in a couple hours and all is good!

Nathan and his team are super nice guys, punctual, knowledgeable and informative. These guys did a great job and fixed our problem very quickly. They were very thorough. Would highly recommend for any irrigation needs.

Arrived early and and corrected my issues in a reasonable amount of time. Checked each sprinkler head and adjusted as needed and replaced 5 heads that were broken. They were quick to determine what needed to be done and showed me what they did to my system. Will use them next time I need service

They actually showed up 30 minutes early which was good because I was able to get to my other commitments on time.

I have used Nathan twice in the last year to service a 20-year-old sprinkler system. The first time was a complex wiring problem that Nathan identified and solved -- even though he did not install the system. The second was a weird valve problem causing intermittent leaking and a malfunctioning controller. Don't call anybody else for your irrigation work. Nathan is absolutely the best!

Great prompt service.

Had a wire shortage code on a section of my irrigation system and it would not run. I was at work when I received a call that everything was in working order, so I paid the balance. When I got home, the error message was gone but the section was still not working. I was told that the section *no longer existed*. (?). Nathan assured me that everything was in working order when he left but said he would come back. Well, that was almost a year ago and he never returned.

Hired to repair leak in system. The leak is now a GUSHER! Efforts to contact Nathan and to resolve issue have failed He cant be reached by phone or text. BUYER BEWARE

They were on time, very courteous, and very thorough. They repaired the item I needed repaired and made recommendations for other improvements. Finally, they inspected other areas of my sprinkler system and made adjustments as necessary.
