They were on time and honest about what needed to be fixed

Nathan helped locate a larger issue we had of a broken valve stem near our water main. We were leaking water under a retaining wall and driveway which was creating erosion underneath, and a potentially very expensive situation. He had to get his shovel and dig down to the cut-off valve to stop the flow, and did so quickly. Glad he took the few extra minutes to correctly diagnose our problem rather than just tinker with a sprinkler head as others have done. Highly recommend True Rain and Nathan!

The True Rain team is very professional, they know what they are doing, and prices are fair. Nathan immediately began troubleshooting and found the problem with a total zone in a very short period of time. The team was personable and friendly while explaining the problem. Their card is on my refrigerator because we now know who to call with ANY sprinkler issues. True Rain is our “Go To” from here on out!

True Rain is the very best company I have ever dealt with. They are honest and forthright. They saved me from a burning up lawn. And most important they know their stuff. They are very thorough. My yard was damaged. Holes were left that they promised to return and fill. It has been a year. They also provided a contact for twice a year check-ups. They have not honored the contract. No one will return my MANY phone calls or answer my emails.
