They did have to reschedule, due to heavy rains. They professionally called, rescheduled and were apologetic. ( They had no control over Natue).

They gave exact prices up front on each item of work needed, allowing me to decide exactly what work I wanted and what I did not, so there were no surprises or extra charges on my bill. When I need future work, they will be my choice. I give them my highest recommendation for work ethic, friendliness, honesty, quality, and efficiency.

The called and said they could come earlier which was great. The technician was knowledgeable and fixed my problem in a way I hadn't thought of. Some of my problem was my ignorance of how the system works but he didn't make me feel silly. I will definitely use them again.

I expected it to cost $250 - $300 to accomplish what I wanted but True Rain instead suggested a much less costly solution. Very rarely do you find contractors trying to save you money. I will never use anyone else for sprinkler system work.

True rain made this project so easy. Completed in 4 days. It would have been less but rain held up progress. These guys know their business. You get what you pay for and I couldn't be more satisfied.
