We bought one of the specials from Angie's List. Our garage door was having problems and would not always close without our forcing it to close. We were very pleased with the results.

Broken door spring on New Years Day. Inspected within 1 hour. Returned the next morning with new springs. Done by 8 am.

Our garage door opener stopped working two days after Christmas. I called Charles and he came out and fixed it within 3 hours. He replaced the broken part and tightened up everything and now the door opens better than it has in a long time. He was very professional and the price was very reasonable.

The repairman came out before I expected him to. He immediately started fixing the problem. He did advise me that the repair he performed was not covered by the quoted price but he went ahead and fixed it anyway with no extra charge. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about his work and if I ever have to call anyone else out to work on my garage door he will be the one.

Charles arrived when he said he would and gave an estimate to replace all three of my garage doors. He pointed out several issues on the existing doors that I was unaware of, which I appreciated very much. We scheduled an installation date and time and again, he arrived exactly when he said he would. The install went great! The doors look fantastic and are much quieter than my previous ones. An unexpected benefit is that Charles sealed each door such that I no longer have drafts in my garage...this keeps my garage much warmer for our pets during the recent cold weather. I give Charles the highest possible recommendation !

To me my door seemed like it was going to fall off the track. So I purchased the garage deal and within a few hours I had a call from the company. They scheduled an appointment to come out within a few days. He was right on time and called a few times to verify the appointment. When he saw the door he knew immediately what needed to be fixed and got right to it. He also checked out my other door to make sure it was working properly. That was going above and beyond. He will definitely be our garage guy in the future.

I was totally pleased with all work that Charles performed. He was prompt, thorough and professional, and his prices are very fair. I will be calling him again soon to install an automatic garage door opener in a third bay in our basement.

We scheduled an appointment,. He called when he was on his way and he was there exactly at appointed time. He went straight to work, very nice, professional and easy going. He removed old doors and installed the new doors we picked out along with a new opener. Price was better than Overhead door, we can't say enough about the promptness. This provider called promptly, scheduled and showed up promptly. He serviced both garage doors, and got the one that was off track back on track. Both doors are running well now. He did not try to upcharge me for anything, which is common on these deals in my experience. I would definitely use this service again.

I am living in New York and Charles called me up the next day after I bought the deal. He was very professional I gave him all the details and let him know that the house was vacant and there would be no one there. I told him that there was no electricity in the home. He went out to the home and told me that the garage doors were in bad shape and needed replacing. He gave me an estimate and told me when he would complete job which was today. he called me on his way there and after he completed the job. He also sent me the pictures so I could see the doors. I would recommend him.

I had originally purchased the deal offered by this company but then my garage door completely stopped working. Since this was the 2nd time in as many years I'd had to have it fixed, and based on his suggestion after diagnosing the problem, I decided to have it replaced. The old one could have been made to work again but I would have had to keep on patching it ever so often so in the long run the cost of replacing it will be a better deal. I waited over a month to write the review and so far, so good. The price was a tad more than I was expecting, but the promptness of the response, the actual work product, and professionalism of the company made up for it. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.....but hopefully I won't need them for a long time now!

The garage door spring was broken and had to be replaced. I called Charles on Thursday and he made the service call on Friday morning as promised. He was professional in all aspects of the transaction. I will definitely use him again and highly recommend him.

We had purchased a big deal for the service. I had used him in the past for an emergency, and he was fantastic, he came out to help on a Sunday night, and gave us some recommendations as to what had happened. We didn't have enough springs and that is what had happened. He fixed everything in a short time, and it was good. I didn't use the big deal that I had purchased, because I didn't need to use it. But I like him and he gives great service. I had purchased the big deal, because I thought it would be to fix it, but he called me and told me that it was for a regular service. I chose them because they were on Angie's List. He was very willing to take care of us, he was very helpful, explained everything, took care of everything, and came out on a Sunday night. We haven't had any issues since he fixed it.

We went on Angie's list looking for a garage door installation company. We chose Garage Doors 4 U because they had all high marks. Charles came by the day we called to give us an estimate...a free estimate. We chose our doors, Charles ordered and came to install two weeks later. He arrived on time...actually a little early...a huge plus...and several hours later we had perfectly running, QUIET garage doors. The provider came out quickly to work on my garage doors that were sticking. He sprayed A LOT of lube on the door hinges which helped. He then spent approximately 45 seconds trying to get the external key pad working. He was unable to get the key pad to work and told me to just buy another one. I was hoping for the price he would have spent more than 45 seconds especially since all he did was squirt some lube on the door hinges.

The springs were $150 therefore he subtracted the $77 coupon fee and allowed us to pay the balance

They did the work and came back to do an adjustment without any extra charge. Everything worked out fine. We were very pleased.

I got an appointment for the next day after my purchase of the coupon. He got here at set time. He did a great job replacing the rollers and lube. The rollers have a lifetime warranty.
