BJ answers question right away and work is done when he says it will be.

They did not clean up as much as they let on over the phone, after the job was completed I was contacted by management, and they offered to come out and make good on the service, that is an outstanding way to conduct a business.

Very professional, completed the job up sold other jobs but not overwhelming just letting you know what they could do. Very respectful

After problems with scheduling and failure to return phone calls, when the worker finally showed up (late), the quality of work was terrible and he complained a lot. He said he charged $60 per hour, worked two hours and held me to his quote of $200. He also complained about having to remove his bags of grass/weeds because he usually charges $2 a bag. (I had already filled more than 4 bags while I was waiting to hear from him and my tenant filled another 8). To his credit, he did remove his and the 4 I filled - but not the 8 from the tenant that were still in the back. He complained about the Home Advisor fee and that I should have just called locally. My tenant was pulling handfuls of chickweed out of the yard the next day that were just matted down. Overall, I did not get what I paid for.

BJ was great. He did exactly what I asked for and in a timely manner. He contacted me to let me know where he was with the project and was interested in any feed back I had for him. The only thing for me personally that would have made this better is if he also did gardening and then I could have both tasks completed. Thank you BJ for your hard work. Much appreciated. T
