Sunshine Window Cleaning was responsive from the very beginning. They came out the same day I called to provide an estimate for gutter cleaning services. They were punctual for the estimate appointment, and provided a cost right away. We were able to get scheduled with them within a couple days of receiving the estimate. As scheduled, they arrived on time and completed the services requested. They were responsive, communicative, punctual, efficient, and professional throughout the entire transaction. I would definitely use them again for this same service, and am willing to utilize them for the other services they provide (window cleaning, etc.). They were terrific!

Although I live in Palmer, I called Sunshine Window Cleaning in Anchorage to see if they provide service to the Palmer area.  They set up an appointment for the next day, called before getting here, and showed up right on time.  After a quick estimate, Ed Myers  did the work immediately while he was here.  He checked the gutters, and cleaned out the areas that needed cleaning.  He did not charge me for cleaning several of the gutter areas that didn't he thought didn't need cleaning.  He also removed moss from the valley areas of the roof, and sprayed moss killer on the rest of the roof where moss was starting to grow.  He put zinc strips on the roof to help keep the moss from growing back once it dies.  He and his wife were very professional, and I greatly appreciated their prompt response and all their advice.  Their price was very fair, and I will definitely use them again and let my neighbors know about their excellent service.

The windows are perfect and they did a great job on all the gutters. They were in very bad shape due to they had not been cleaned in a few years. We are on the hillside and have lots of trees around so they were completely plugged up. We signed up for an annual fall cleaning after the leaves have fallen to prevent this from happening again. I am sure will be using this service for the windows each year as well.

They finished prior job ahead of schedule, so called to ask if they could start my work earlier.  They worked quickly, efficiently, and most important, safely.  They did a great job and cleaned up all leaves and debris that had fallen on ground and lawn.  I will be calling them again in the fall for a pre-winter cleaning of my gutters.

They followed up quickly from the initial call, came by the house to provide an estimate and then followed through on the work as promised. Nothing but good things to say about them.

We just bought a small townhome and wanted the gutters cleaned prior to winter. We were originally quoted $125 for the job which we felt was very reasonable. However, it took a couple of days to have Sunshine at the townhome to do the work. In defense, we did have some rainy weather so we can't fault the late completion. Sunshine did lower the price from $125 to $100 due to the delay. We would hire Sunshine again.

Very good job. windows were very clean. Called back and used again when leaves filled the gutters a second time. Prompt service. Price changed several times, and they came on the wrong day the first time. That was slightly inconvenient because I wanted to be there; scheduled it when I could be there, but that didn't work. Great people though, and I recommended them to neighbors who used them right away. I will use them again and again.

They were right on time as arranged. Did a good job and were very reasonably priced. I would hire them again.

Was a little vague on exactly when would arrive (I wanted to be there) and hard to reach in the interim. Started three days after estimate approved.

Expensive - about 50% higher than my previous service, which was backlogged too far into the winter for my needs.

One man and his wife. Dedicated to getting my gutters cleaned properly, but had no proper tools - had to borrow a wrench and coathanger to work on blockages. Hammered on downspouts; knocked off paint and deformed them. After the first two, I asked him not to do that, but he went on to scar up the remaining three. Will cost me an estimated $2000 to replace this damage.

Good points: Did OK job on moss and window cleaning. Changed entry light bulb at no additional cost. Fabricated screens to help prevent blockages at downspouts. Offered to return at no cost if downspouts plug again.

Bad Points: oblivious to damage he caused to downspouts. Because of this, I'll probably not be using him again despite his good points..

Ed responded quickly to my request call, gave a quick and fair estimate, and executed the work professionally the next day. I would recommend him for work to anyone.

They were very prompt in coming over after we talked, informed me how he was going to do the job, was open to suggestions and questions and finished in a timely manner; leaving the work areas neat and clean.

We picked Sunshine Window Cleaning from Angie’s list. We called and set a day to have the gutters cleaned. On the day of the appointment they called in the morning and said they should be out around 4:00 PM. They called at 3:45 PM and said they were on their way. They cleaned the gutters and moss off the roof. We had them come back and secure two down spouts, spray the roof for moss, install gutter screens and reattached areas where the gutters were coming loosen. We were very impressed with their work and plan on using them again

They were fine. I called them and they were responsive and the price was reasonable. They did what they said they were going to do. They did good work but they weren't the most stylish people in the world. I have no grounds for complaints. They were not stylish or image-conscious but they showed up and did their job. I would use them again.

Sunshine Window Cleaning is the best and I will defintiely use them again!! They were punctual, responsive and flexible when I had to change some times with them. They also did excellent work. As an added bonus, I've learned that Ed makes a fantastic handy man and he was able to knock out a rather lengthy laundry list of repair/light fixture/odd work items at incredibly reasonable rates. I highly recommend their services.

We made an appointment last fall for services and called twice this the spring. He came over to do the work 1st week of June. He patched the driveway where it was seperating from the garage slab and around the water main valve with rocky particles that is different from the existing texture and heated it with a blow torch. The rocky substance is coming loose already. He said he would fix all the cracks and pressure wash the driveway before sealing. This was not done.
We used this provider to do window cleaning last year and he did a good job and was very pleasant. At that time he said he also did driveways, this is why we used him for sealing services.

Ed was very prompt in scheduling an estimate. The estimate was satisfactory so I went ahead and scheduled the work. Ed called before coming and came shortly after. All of the work was done well. The windows were very clean. The gutters were fairly clean to start with so Ed cleaned out the large debris. The vent covers were weather worn. Ed prepared the surface and painted them with paint we supplied. Ed installed zinc strips on the roof where there was a moss problem. Ed applied moss control powder but came back later with a liquid solution since it hasn't rained in a while. The quality of work was very good and timely.
