Cleaned out a gutter.

I had two bath fan upgrades performed. Price was fair, quality of install was clean, and Eddie was very responsive.

Called Sunshine because of good Angie's List ratings. Got fast callback and both husband and wife stayed in touch and kept me informed of scheduling and work. Originally called for gutter cleaning, which I was pleased with, and asked for opinion re some possible leaking problems etc. My flat vinyl roof surface was lifting at perimeter so Sunshine scheduled and returned to glue down all around. Pointed out soft spot on roof that I was aware of and explained what he would do to remedy it next Spring. Returned at no additional cost to caulk gutters in spot where there is some pullaway. Because of what I already knew about my roof I trust Sunshine's observations and opinions. Am impressed by the professionalism of this company and would call them again, possibly for other kinds of work that they advertise doing.

Called before arrival, cleaned gutters and re set thaw wires.

They arrived to provide an estimate and when we approved they did the work immediately in the pouring rain! They cleaned our gutters exceptionally well removing dirt left behind by previous gutter cleaner. They were professional and provided excellent service. We will hire them again next year.

They were prompt with getting to our house, gave us an estimate and then performed the work flawlessly. They did a excellent job in cleaning out our gutters, cleaning the windows and doing some minor roof repair and then put Zinc along the roof line. I was very impressed with the quality of their work...we have steep pitch and they performed the work safely and within the time frame they told us...in fact earlier then they quoted us which was wonderful. Both Ed and his wife were honest and hard working..performing the job and doing it carefully. They were very reasonable with their service charges...especially the zinc application which others had quoted to us was too high. I would recommend them to anyone. I checked on Angie's list and others had so so or poor comments....they were the only ones with excellent marks. They are friendly and very customer driven. I will use them again next year....

I called in the morning and he was there by 2PM. He called before he arrived. He completed a good job in about 1 hour. Excellent.

The windows are beautiful!!! Ed and Laura did an outstanding job. They arrived on time both for the quote and the work and were friendly and efficient.
