it went very well. The 2 men took all day to do it. We have had problems with so many contractors rushing around to get the job done and do a half job. These guys are the opposite of that. They were careful, thorough, and asked several questions to make sure the job was done the way we wanted. Our original openings are not square but they were still able to make it look great.

There salesmen are honest and upfront in telling you that they are the most expensive. However, they offer a high quality and craftsmenship product that is hard to find these days and worth every penny! We had all but two windows replaced and our patio door replaced. The Installers were professional and did a great job. One again with quality and craftsmenship that is hard to find! We recommend renewal by Anderson of Wyoming to everyone. And when we are ready to replace our last two windows we will deffinetly be using them!

Everyone, from Renewal Windows by Andersen of Wyoming, from the time we contacted them until the windows were installed was very professional, courteous, and friendly. The job was started when promised and was completed ahead of time. The installers were very professional and cleaned up both inside and out and made sure we knew how to operate the windows before they left. We find the windows to be satisfactory in both energy efficiency and noise reduction. We also considered the length of the warranty and warranty coverage a major influence on our decision. I would recommend them to family and friends.

I was sitting at my desk near one of the windows and realized that I was warm! With the old windows I always had to keep the shade pulled and a small space heater on to be reasonably comfortable working at my desk. I was excited to see such a distinctly measurable difference before they had even finished the outside insulation and trim! The screens seem to disappear when you are looking out and the view is much clearer. They took the old windows and removed every bit of trash. They left no debris for us to deal with. They used tarps and treated our home with great care. They were a top notch crew to have in our home. I would highly recommend them. The man who did the measuring was so accurate that we were able to put the old trim back up around the patio door so it still matches the trim in the rest of the house. This is just one more plus. A few days later a neighbor asked how we had weathered the wind the night before. We slept soundly and didn’t even know the wind was blowing! Just one week before the new windows the whole house sounded like it was going to shake apart because of the rattling of the old windows! What an amazing benefit! Would I recommend this company? A resounding YES!!! The product stands on its own, but the friendly professional staff out of the Casper office makes this a truly delightful experience from beginning to end.

Renewal by Andersen of Wyoming arrived on time. It was crappy rainy weather and they still worked right through. They did an amazing job. They were quick and efficient. I will use them again when we are ready to finish the rest of our windows.

it went very well-I live on garden creek road in casper wy. it was very windy that day and the situation was extremely difficult. they removed the windows and had them replaced with no damage to either installers or windows. they cleaned up and removed the old windows. no trash was left. love the windows

Wonderfully- of all the window companies I called, they were the only one to call me back within two weeks (they were actually at my house within 24 hours!). From order to install, every step was amazing, fast and friendly.

A more professional crew and well run company cannot be found. The financing was quickly processed, the attention to detail by the salesman, even down to the trim and hardware, was unparalleled, and his demeanor unhurried. All questions were knowledgeably answered. The windows were installed in the time frame promised, over the course of two days, remarkable considering 12 windows were involved with an original estimate of 3 days.
