Great windows! Much warmer than our old drafty ones!

Our experience with this company has definitely been 5 stars. The salesman was friendly and easy to work with and answered any questions we had. They had a few different options for financing and a quick approval process. They called a few weeks before to let us know the time frame and gave us plenty of time to plan and prepare. I have to admit, I was feeling a little anxious about the actual installation process. We've experienced both good and bad with when it comes to having work done in our home. I was so pleased with the friendly, respectful crew that came to install our new windows. They were efficient, clean, and made the whole process so much better than I could have ever expected. We love our new windows and look forward to a warmer home this winter! This company truly cares about their product and their reputation. They are first class from start to finish.

Great the staff was very helpful and cleaned up afterwards was called also to make sure all went well and was happy with the new job. Jason the sales Rep was so helpful and called to make sure that we were satisfied. No hidden fees and everything was explained would definitely use them again!!

This was the second project of window replacements we hired RBA for and we were happy about the flexibility they extended to us - coordinating with our schedules for preliminary meetings. As before, RBA met and exceeded the standard with quality work and professionalism. We'll be calling them again for our third project!

I'm amazed at how great Renewal by Andersen was during the whole process. We knew going with any Andersen company that we would be paying on the higher end but the quality of work that we received was outstanding. Not only are we in love with our new windows but also the company and the way they handle all customer service. We are in love with the whole experience and especially the new windows! The experience with Renewal by Anderson was great! They will be the ones we call to do other installations from now on what a great company to work with!

There could have been a better clean-up effort and caulking job for the windows. (They used clear caulk, so the white caulk in the pictures are areas they missed for reference). It was 70% completed for caulking, but the trim work was good. There was a lot of debris (saw dust, screws, trash, etc) left behind. They also damaged the soffit in two places and never acknowledged it, but I guess an apology from the home office and asking for Top Reviews in exchange for $25 gift cards helps to offset that burden...

I have just had installed my 3rd set of windows. Each set has been a little different. I couldn’t be happier with all my new windows. They are beautiful, easy to use and have added a lot to the appearance of our house. A unexpected benefit has been the decrease in street noise. Joe, my installer, is very professional, does fantastic work and extremely neat and clean.

I was very well pleased with the services, and products. Also, the staff were just amazing! Professional, friendly, and will knowledgeable about all products and services. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs new windows.

It went very good. The whole company employee's were excellent in the duty of their jobs. They answered all question and were very professional about their work. They installed 2 weeks or was it one month before the scheduled date of removing & installing the new windows. The pro installers were very punctual organized and polite . they cleaned up and disposed of all old wood, windows & trash, when they left our property looked as neat as it was before they came, The head installer took the time to show the instruction on the maintenance & up keep of the window, which is easy. I will recommend Renewal By Andersen of Wyoming to any one who needs excellent service at a price that is worth paying for the quality of the product & work that we received.
