The crew was professional, fast and responsive. Mr. Mullins always answered his cell or called back quickly. Our tree was huge and several tree services wouldn't take the job. We were thrilled with Gatewood. They tackled the big job and took the tree down to the ground, including stump removal.

They came out and gave us a very good estimate. It was cheaper than who we hired a couple of years ago. We discussed what we needed done and they came out and did an amazing job. There were three guys that worked trimming eight trees. We didn't need any trees removed just shaped up. They cleaned up the mess as well. I asked if he had time to trim shrubs as well and I offered a little extra and he agreed. When it came time to pay him he stuck with the price quoted but I did give him more because I would have felt bad if I hadn't. If you are looking for someone Robert is a great guy and very nice. We are hiring him for other things as well that we didn't know he did. Can't wait to get started.

He said what he would do and then he did what he said. They arrived when he said he would to provide an estimate/quote. Then he showed on the scheduled day to perform the work. Then he was professional, courteous, quick, and cleaned up the debris after the tree was cut down. A great experience all the way around.
