They are okay. Sometimes, the billing is not exactly what I would say is top of everything. They don’t always leave a record of what they have done when they are here, and I have to call and ask them to send confirmation. They think that if they didn’t find anything, all they need to do is tell me, and I think that they need to confirm that in writing. It doesn’t matter, the service is fine. The guy who comes monthly is super; he just comes and does his thing. They come out and they are readily available. If I find something in the yard that is kind of a strange thing, they come out and check it out for me. They are very responsive that way. I am a little unhappy with the area of billing and administration. I have it outside, and I don’t have them do inside, because I have three dogs and two grandchildren even though they said it is not going to affect them. With regard to responsiveness, they are pretty good. I think that the price is comparable. They are here today.
