After meeting with Mr. Reed in early Oct. 2009, he was hired under written contract to perform the services above before winter if at all possible. He started much later than expected, at first stating his truck broke down and then saying the weather got bad, which was true. Then he said his employees/helpers stopped showing up. However, Mr. Reed did scrape the front of the house, pressure wash the deck, put 1/2 of the first coat of paint on the house, and then stopped communicating with me his intentions for the job. He stopped showing up and communicating in early Dec., leaving the house mostly exposed to the elements for the winter. The deck never did get sealed. As of late April 2010, once he decided to take my call, Mr. Reed stated that he would finish the job, but offered no detail or plan on how or when he was going to do the work.
Description of Work: Mr. Reed was hired on written contract to scrape and paint the entire exterior of my house, as well as to pressure wash and seal our deck. He was paid 1/2 up front with 1/2 to be paid upon completion of the work.
