Great. He showed up as he said he would and the work was done in a professional manner.

The service we received and the harassment from Bobby, the handyman, after the job was done was unbelievable. We requested two flagpoles to be installed, the current flagpole to be straitened, and flowers to be planted around the poles. This was overall the most unprofessional experience I've had dealing with a contractor and would not recommend them. 1. We were charged for flag pole repair and watched as he attempted to push the flag pole in place four times, which did not fix it. His response is that it was installed incorrectly, which is fine, then why charge us $600 to repair it? 2. We were told we would have "beautiful red, white, and blue flowers" we have a handful of flowers that look like overgrown purple and yellow weeds. 3. The flag clips broke on the second day and need to be already replaced. 4. We were told they'd be working all weekend, but they only showed up for a few hours on Saturday. When we called and inquired about Sunday, we were told that was time for family, that's fine, wish we were told. 5. When we asked if the job would be completed by the due date, we were told at 6 pm the night before that they were eating dinner. They did not show up until after 8 pm to finish the job the night before. 6. They continued to come to our place of business, we think to dump trash, harass our employees and say they were not paid for the job, which was untrue. 7. When trying to find out if they'd show up to finish the job we were hung up on, sent straight to voicemail, texts not responded to. Overall it was a terrible experience, I would not recommend.

Professional, competent, puntual. Completed work satisfactorily as agreed. Great communication, worked well with tenants. Bends over backwards To help with issues that come up unexpectedly. Highly recommended.

Excellent. Bobby was always on time, very neat, cleaned up when he was done. He is also very respectful and always pleasant. I recommend Bobby anytime anyone asks me for referral for an all around handyman. I have more jobs for him also.
