The owner operates out of a storage unit, which seems a bit dodgy, but he takes credit cards and collected sales tax, so I thought I would take a chance that the business was legitimate. I ordered two mattresses and box springs early on a Monday. I was told his friend does deliveries for him, and that I would hear from the friend later in the week; estimated delivery on Saturday. On Friday morning, I still hadn't heard back from him, so I called him to find out the status of my order. He said he was with a customer and would call me back soon. Early afternoon on Friday, I sent a text to make sure he had the correct phone numbers for daytime and nighttime. Nothing was delivered on Saturday and I heard nothing. On Sunday, I called my credit card to cancel the transaction. I did not hear anything else from the seller until the following Friday, when a man showed up at our house with a truck and the mattresses. They had been brought up from the factory in Illinois. They had tags attached (the "Do Not Remove" tags, I believe) which had THAT DAY as the manufacturing date. I am confused why he did not contact me to explain that the mattresses were still being manufactured and would be delivered as soon as possible. But they were delivered, and they are very good mattresses for the price. (The more expensive one is certainly nicer; the cheaper one is like a brick. He'd said it was firm, and he wasn't kidding! Fortunately, my 3 year old doesn't mind.) I would recommend the business, but pay with credit card so you can cancel the transaction, or take the mattresses immediately rather than getting them delivered, or just hang tight and believe you'll eventually get them. Overall, a bizarre but okay experience. I do appreciate that the owner works to keep overhead low and doesn't take a huge markup in order to help customers get mattresses that don't cost an arm and a leg.

My experience was great! I scheduled an appointment to come in with Tommy. (You are recommended to schedule an appointment because they do not operate out of a conventional store). He showed me his selection of bedroom sets and mattress, which was pretty good, it is smaller than a furniture, but still good. The best thing was the prices, they will work with you to find you a good deal. Tommy was pleasure to work with and he got us a great deal. Will do business with them again!
