I was please with the completed work t hat was done in a timely manner. The employees were prompt, efficient, and always cleaned up the area each day.

The job is not up to my satisfaction. Some of the backsplash tile was installed crookedly. It took months to start the job after I paid a down payment. Most importantly, an employee of this company made sexual remarks to me while the foreman for the job, Bill Douglas participated in laughing about the remark, completely humiliating and degrading me. I reported the incident the same day to my wonderful sales person, Lisa Jones, who was shocked by this employee's behavior. No one called from the company to apologize, or compensate me for the poor service. In fact when the owner finally called after two weeks, he was just interested in finalizing the bill. On the phone I was given one amount for the final installment of $5,072. I mailed a check to them for this amount. Then, I received a different version of the bill by mail of $5,227. I sent another check for $200. I should have received a discount for a job not up to my standards and the employee's behavior in my home. Beware when you hire contractors because you don't know who they employ.

Great job by everyone. From LIsa's suggestions and follow up to the great work Travis did. Everything cleaned up at the end of the day. Even the guys for plumbing and electrical did a great job.

The experience was way better than I expected from start to finish. Everything was done when they said it would be done. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and professional. The finished job was WOW. We love our new kitchen. Should have done it sooner.

Savers did an awesome job! We can't say enough about the service we received from Scott, Dave and Travis. They all were very professional and we really enjoyed working with them. We are very happy with our new kitchen!!

It has been a week now since the work on my bathroom / Kitchen oven was completed. I am very happy with the job that was done. From start to finish everything was taken care of. All of the people that came to my house to do work were, in my opinion, the best of the best. They arrived on time, were very aware that this is my home and kept it clean, and took precautions to make sure there was no damage to my floors, and kept to the schedule. Would I use them again? The answer is absolutely yes! They took the stress out of this entire process. I would recommend to both family and friends, and have.

Very well. Project was started when promised and completed when promised. All employees were pleasant and easy to work with. A lot of time and attention was paid to pre-planning so there were no surprises or disappointments. We are very pleased with the way our kitchen turned out and would be quick to recommend Kitchen Savers to anyone.

Flawless. The sales process was very smooth, no surprises, hidden costs, delays, etc. The removal / installation was excellent. They measured, then they measured again. They measured the elevator to sure they could get the island top up to our unit in one piece! When the installation team installed the surfaces next to the range they made certain that the cabinet doors would not hit the sharp edge of the surface - they shaped the surface edge to let the cabinet door open fully without hitting the counter top. Super professional.

Fantastic! We love our "new" kitchen. Cabinet doors/drawers all match the existing outside cabinets. They were done when they said they would be done. Cleaned everything up, took away all the old. Work was done exactly as we wanted. We are thrilled with our updated kitchen.

Kitchen Savers came in on a Monday and tore out all cabinets and built in appliances, by Friday i had my new range and microwave installed, most cabinets up and a temporary sink so I had use of my kitchen in just 5 days. In the second week the cabinets were completely in, flooring laid, appliances in, the counter top measurements done and we just had to wait a week for the granite counter top to be cut. Add three more days on to the two weeks to install the counter top, hook up dish washer, install tile back splash. This complete remodel was done in 3 1/2 weeks and one of those weeks was waiting for the counter top. There was at least one worker every week day, sometime more than one. the work area was cleaned up every day. the workers were very nice, trustworthy and helpful. Kitchen remodels are expensive, I believe I got my moneys worth with this business, these people were amazing as far as caring for my wants and needs in this job.

We are very pleased with the work Kitchen Saver Inc has done to covert our tub to a walk-in shower. Our bathroom is very small, and is the only one we have, so we had some concerns how they would handle a job like this in a timely manner with minimal inconvenience to our family. Dean came to our house and listened carefully to what we wanted and assured us that they would need a week to complete the job and to our satisfaction. Based on the positive reviews from Angie’s List and the assurances that Dean gave us, we decided to go with Kitchen Saver and a few days later we made our choices in their showroom and shortly thereafter had a date that they would be available to start the project. Dave and Jeff were sent to work to remove our tub and complete the rest of the job.. They kept us updated as to what would be happening each day and they worked well as a team. Both men were professional and considerate with protecting our floor with a tarp and cleaning up as much as could be expected at the end of each workday. They completed the job on as promised. Kitchen Saver has remodeled our shower area to our full satisfaction with quality materials, timely installation and professional workmanship. They were very responsive to a small plumbing adjustment after job completion by sending the plumber out the same day. We would gladly recommend this company in the future based on our complete satisfaction.

The remodel and new flooring upgrade went very well. The workers were pleasant and worked well with our schedule. We had no major surprises. The materials used were of high quality.

The work was done in a timely fashion. Travis communicated with me on a regular basis. Our shower is beautiful and works great!

It went very well. All scheduled appointments were on time .Did very professional work. Mistake was made on one small location on cutting quartz top.They replaced with no questions asked. The only complaint I have was price was much on the high side.

The project manager, Dave and his two man crew, Jeff and David, did a great job. They always arrived on time and left the work area cleaned up at the end of each day. I always had my questions answered and communication was very good. I was informed about all the work being done from day to day. They would ask for my input and made sure I was happy with each step. The safety bars/towel bars were placed for my needs, caulking chosen for best effect, wood trim added to match cabinets.

Kitchen Savers saved our kitchen. I have a beautiful modern kitchen that anyone would be proud to call their own. They worked with us through all of the selections and listened to our wishes in order to recommend high quality product that was cost efficient and brought out home into the 21st century.

I had Kitchen Savers redo my bathroom 10 years ago. They did an excellent job back then which is why I went to them again for my kitchen. All workers were very nice and friendly and did a great job, in a timely manner.

We received 4 estimates for our remodel. Costs ranged from $20,000 to $30,000. We chose Kitchen Savers because of their presentation, reviews and products. They were not the least expensive, but we could not have been more satisfied with the finished product. Every detail was completed to perfection. Our sales rep, Carl, promised us that we would be completely happy 😊 and we definitely are. The carpenter/installer and painter are true craftsmen, seeing to every detail. They answered any and all questions we had, and they were meticulous in cleaning up every day.

It was a complete pleasure working with the owner, Richard, planning our project using the excellent quality options Savers sells. Richard was friendly and helpful at all times. His associate Dave Peterson did measuring and follow up, and was also great to work with and very communicative throughout the process. Everything was accomplished right on schedule. I can't say enough about the quality of workmanship provided by Dave Brown and Bill, our installers. They were great to have around, and did absolutely meticulous work down to the tiniest detail. We are beyond delighted with our new cabinets! We look forward to working with Savers again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent!!! Project could not have gone better! Kitchen Savers finished the project a few days early and on budget. They were always responsive and helpful to all my questions. There was minimal dirt/ debris after each day and the were very respectful of my living space. I would highly recommend them!

The work went extremely well, from the initial visit to review our project and the meeting in their office to get their proposal and to discuss alternative materials. They were extremely knowledgeable and flexible to provide the end result we were looking for. We accepted their proposal and scheduled the work and from that point all work went as scheduled and on time. The workers were very skilled with the installation and tile work. They showed up punctually each day and worked without delay until the job was completed. They took great pains to protect our kitchen floors and cabinets and cleaned up completely each day. We are totally pleased with the quality of the work and resulting final product.
