Description of Work: Painted the trim on the house. It went badly. The first crew did not completely cover the areas I requested resulting in paint drops on my front porch and patio. The scraped some areas but not all and did not do a satisfactory job of painting the areas that were scraped. They had to send another crew in the next day to clean up after the first crew. I was not totally satisfied with the the second crew either, although they did clean up the messes made by the first group.

Description of Work: The first day was a disaster a worker fell off a ladder damaging the siding and a window sill. But Kyle picked up the slack and finished the house by him self. He did a great job responding to all my questions and comments. He saved the day a quality job. CertaPro paid to repair the damages to the siding and sill.

Description of Work: I own a duplex Upper/lower and they painted the entire lower unit for me. It included 2 bed rooms, hallway, kitchen, living room, utility room, bathroom, foyer, closets and ceilings. They also applied 2 coats of paint to the walls. They did an awesome job, and it was done at a remarkable speed of time. I was very picky to make sure that there was to be NO PAINT on any of my wood work and I was reasurred that there wouldn't be. Well they difinately did an awesome job because all the wood work was "SPOTLESS". Awesome Job!!!! Would definately recomment them!

Description of Work: Removed kitchen wallpaper and painted walls and ceiling. Removal was difficult (not CertaPro's fault). Very nice workers had not read contract carefully. They ordered wrong paint type. Had to reorder. Painted ceiling wrong color. Had to do over. Did not re-install heating vents. $60 per hour rate for texturing walls had not been communicated to me.

Description of Work: I had my garag floor done by the company. The sales representative showed up early (about 5 min) they had a lot of information about their company. They were very informative and friendly, we had no problem picking CertaPro to do the work for us. The job supervisor contacted me about a week prior to starting the work, to let me know when they would be coming. The also showed up on time they had everything they needed for the job they got right to work after confirming everything with me. The job was done on time, the crew was very clean, and the took time to walk me around after the job was finished to make sure that I was happy with everything before they left. I would use them again.

Description of Work: I have had very poor luck with 2 of your listed painters and would not consider using them in the future, Certa Pro and Walters painting have been non responsive to my requests. Can you make another suggestion.o far Im battin g zero with Angie's List. Dennis Plesha

Description of Work: they came to our neighborhood knocking door to door- we had some outside work that we really did not have time to do and scheduled an estimate. They came out and gave us 1 and we also got another one from another company. They were a bit higher but said they could probably fit us in within a week so we went with them. Then- they called and said it would be 2 weeks later instead- whatever. The day the guy was supposed to come out- he called early morning on a saturday ( mind you we made plans to be home because we were having this work done) and he said something happened to his property overnight and wanted to know if he could come the next morning. We were understanding and said ok. We set our alarms to be up at 7:30 the next morning to get him started and he called again to say they wanted him on another project that did not get done saturday and said he would show up monday at 8am. We were not happy being put off like this - I called the manager and he was going to call the guy and see what was going on as they did not know he did not do the work saturday......the manager never callled me back but they guy showed up at 9:45.....He apoligized for the hold up and said he would have the work done same day. After completion of the work- I looked it over and it was getting dark and buggy out - but it looked fine. The next morning- my husband looked at it and saw one of our dead plants was MISSING. We were going to return it and get a new one- but it was gone. I called the guy that did the work to see if he accidentally rolled it up in his tarp- he said he would look and get back to me............never did. I called the manager the next day and left a vm indicating that we were missing a plant from the area that was tarped and painted.....after 2 days I finally got a hold of him, and he said he would look into it and get back to me...............NEVER called us again. Very unprofessional handling of the whole thing and we would not reccomend them to anyone!!!
