They are professional. The painter who came out was a bright young kid. I think he had the right attitude. He was a very hard worker it was a pleasure to work with him. They were on time as well.

They had to send a repair painter out after they painted and he was not even able to fix the work because it was so bad. They told us after the work a supervisor would walk through with us which they did and we showed him. He told us he would come on a Saturday and he did not show up because he had softball practice. They tried to fix it and we have two shades of paint in our kitchen because they waited so long. I would not recommend them. They had the audacity to ask us if they could put a sign in our yard advertising them for a $25.00 check if we allowed them to do so.

Everything was fine. The work and the courteousness of the workers was good as well.

I think they were very professional. They gave us the correct information about the products to use. The priced seemed just a little bit high.

It worked out very well. The guys were timely. Half way through we decided to do a second a coat and there was no problem. They got that into the schedule.

The work turned out fair. The crew came in and painted. They offered me such a low bid and the subcontractors stopped working part of the way through. They did come in and finish the work and do extra but it was a little bit of a hassle.

They protected all the plants and windows with plastic. I would highly recommend them.

In general it was not to bad. We noticed blotches of paint that splattered over time. They use larger rollers that caused that. They did not follow up on problems. I have been trying to remove the splattered paint and cannot get it to budge. They did not cover items very well. They were supposed to paint all the rooms in the house but we decided not to have them do them all as there was a lot of stuff in a couple of the rooms. They were very nice people.

The guy who sold the job told me they would get by with one coat. The design consultant who came out said it would need two coats. They only did one coat and their was a charge of two coats at the end on the invoice.

We used them in October 2010. We didn't exactly care for them because it was poor quality and poor workmanship. They already went through the paper work that wasn't done. They did an outside door frame and shutters around. The initial supervisor or the salesperson was great and very responsive but the execution of the project was not.

Their quote was good. They had an interior designer that could come out and help with colors and that was part of their price. They did what they said they would do. I liked their professionalism. If needed, I would use them again in the future too.

Eric came out and sent us a quote in a timely manner. After that, there was a total breakdown in communication. We left no fewer than 8 messages with various indiviuduals, wanting to know when and if they were coming out. We requested that they call us before coming so that we could unlock our gate and put our dog inside, but they did not. They made various incorrect assumptions of what they thought we wanted without responding to any of our calls. I finally reached someone and after we mentioned how frustrating it all was, they said they no longer wanted to do the job.

Decent experience. Great salesman, mediocre delivery. Most Certapro paint teams are SUBCONTRACTORS. They did not have a high standard of work, but a desire to get paid. There were many many delays as they worked around other jobs and weaved them in. not impressed, but satisfied. Steve was great, just wish we had a better crewmen. suzanne picked great colors too.

The painter was fantastic. He did a beautiful job on it. It was black and white for 38 years. Now, it just looks beautiful. I just brought my wife home back, and she just loves it. The painter worked very much in detail. He kept me up-to-date on everything. He was doing in between the raindrops because I had too much rain here all along. I got calls telling me the out next and everything else about the problem. He took care of the work. He is a contractor and works with CertaPro. He is very professional about the work. He really went through everything. His price was competitive. The price was little higher than expected; but it was worth the money.

They were fabulous. It was really good and we were very impressed because we have a lot of fancy landscaping and they worked around it and didn't damage anything. They were very clean. They had to match a siding with a paint that is no longer made and they did it. We were difficult and they were wonderful. They are very thorough, very precise and very clean. They were very timely. We will call them when we need more painting. They actually showed up when they said they would show up.
