Great. Sergio and his crew arrived on time. They were always pleasant to talk to. They power washed and calked the house perfectly. They left the area neat every night. They took special care not to damage our flowers and bushes. But most of all they did a great job ,and we have gotten many complements on the new paint job. Thank You, Mrs. Joan Burr

Great . They masked every post carefully and spred dropcloths under deck rails to prevent drips and spills. When they left, the only thing with paint was the railing: deck boards were as clean as before they came!!

Great . they came as weather permitted, masked around posts, put down drop cloths, and gave it two coats. Since it was bare wood, two coats were completely justified. Clean up was just as efficient as prep masking.

Each of the three times we had CertaPro work done everything was fabulous. Great customer service, prompt, excellent work.

We had a neighbor and another friend that had their houses painted by CertaPro, so we called them to get an estimate. Mike came out and we walked around the whole outside of the house and I pointed out areas that were very worn. He then got out his measuring wheel and completely measured the outside of the house and took pictures to document it. He completed a 2 page extremely detailed estimate with everything I specified with the most important being no spraying of paint. It's very windy where we live and I didn't want to have paint splattered everywhere. He showed us the estimate and asked if that's what we thought the price would be and it was spot on (based upon the other people we talked to). I told him that I was getting another estimate and would get back to him. I had another company come out and I got a one page estimate with about 5 lines on it. Not impressed at all. We decided to go with CertaPro. We were told they were scheduling out to mid June. By late June, called to find out where we were in the cue. He said July. About a week later they sent out a mass mailing to all their clients explaining that they were way behind because of all the rain. I appreciated it very much, but I think they could have sent something out sooner. On July 14th, I got a call from the project manager and he said that they would be there the next day and it would take two days to complete the job. On the 15th, I called him at 7am because they were calling for rain and I was thinking they might have to postpone. He said that he thought it would be ok. About 40 minutes later he called back to push us back by a day. I'm glad it was early, so I could go into work and that they wouldn't try to paint between the raindrops. On the 16th the crew showed up on time and ready to go. I walked around the house with Jose, the supervisor and pointed out the spots to concentrate on. There were 6 guys there and Jose said that they would finish in a day. I was a little worried that the work would be sloppy, but when we did the final walk around about 12 hours later, I have to say I was very impressed. They did an excellent job and the house looks wonderful! They cleaned everything up before they left and that was it. I would definitely hire them again.

We contacted CertaPro for a quote. He first asked us what our ideal price would be. Because we had never had professional painting done, we were unsure of how much it would cost and told him we were unable to come up with an ideal amount. We continued with the meeting. After discussing the details of what we wanted done, the man gave us a quote of approximately $400. We felt this price was very high and told him this. He became very defensive and told us we should have told him that to begin with and that there was no way Certapro, or another company for that matter, would do this job for less than that amount. We asked him what we could do to help lower the cost and basically he said "nothing." Then he told us he could have a crew come out and look at the job to provide a more concise quote. We agreed. He left our home and never contacted us again.

When we met with the sales person at Certa Pro we were told it would be done in about a week depending on weather. It took over 8 weeks to get our job done. The 1st crew we had seemed like they had no idea what they were doing, were very sloppy, unorganized and were afraid to climb ladders. The 2nd crew they sent were also very sloppy and unorganized. They got paint splatter all over our roof, windows, window frames, landscaping, gutters and downspouts. They also left garbage and equipment all over the place in our yard and said they painted area that clearly had no paint on it. It looked like they were on their phones 50% of the time. It was very hard to communicate with the 2nd crew since they barely spoke English. Finally they got rid of the 2nd crew and brought on a few guys that knew what they were doing. They had to clean up the messes that the 1st and 2nd crew made (there were a lot!). They found even more areas that we were told was painting and clearly wasn't. They corrected the issues as much as they could but they had to paint (try to match the color ) some of our roof shingles. The roof looks ok in some areas but in others still looks bad. We were also told one of the crew leads went to jail and that's why the job wouldn't be done on time (not sure why you would tell a client that). Before the production manager had to take over we were told the job would be done about 5 times. Bottom line we were told Certa Pro uses professional, Certa Pro trained painters and that the job would be done in a timely manner instead the complete opposite happened. This was by far the worst experience I've had with contractors. They do have quality painter but we didn't see them until they had to clean up the mess. The production manager was a lot easier to work with and was very responsive but after looking at the total experience I still have to give them a "D" Good luck if you decide to use Certa Pro of Waukesha.

My experience went very well. The staff were very efficient and did an excellent job. The pricing was reasonable and I would recommend this company to others.

The estimator came in and looked everything over thoroughly. We decided on a date and the crew swooped in and completed the job quickly and with no mess. Overall, very smooth operation. We were impressed.

We had 3 estimates & Certapro was so professional & detailed and price was right. It was an easy decision. Crew worked fast and neat & no loud radio. All very friendly & concerned.

Work was done very well. Painters were very nice. It was very hot out but work was done in a timely manner.

I would highly recommend avoiding this painting company. The company was very confused, between the sales guy, painters and office. No one seemed to know what was going on or who was doing what. I gave them the benefit of the doubt initially that they would complete what I requested. They completed about 90% of the job and missed a section. They pressured us to pay before we could fully inspect the work (plus it was at night and we could not see the outside since it was dark). After I realized that the job was not done, I requested that they complete the whole job, but they never returned my phone calls. After several attempts of trying to get an estimate to complete the missed section, or any response, I gave up and finished the painting myself. The quality was also poor. They left paint drops on the window and siding (section they were not supposed to paint). While they said they would come back to clean up the mess, they never did. I ended up cleaning it myself. The paint left the siding permanently discolored. Also, in the interior, there were paint drops on the wood work that we had to clean up. The whole process working with them was extremely frustrating. They claimed they would send people to inspect after the job was done, but no one ever came. The worst is after they were paid, they never returned any calls. They seemed to cut and run.

Poor experience. Total lack of communication from management. There was no contact made as far as start date. They wanted to assume the original contract details had not changed after the color consult; rather than talking to the customer. I found their work crew lacked workmanship and integrity. Workers asked customer for gasoline to power their pressure washer. The patio doors were painted while closed; so they could not be opened. Down spouts were removed for painting. The downspouts were dented and reinstalled poorly. Half the screws were lost and replaced with sloted screws. One gutter was damaged very badly; yet the work crew did not notify the home owner of the damage. Of course communication improved when they wanted payment.

The estimate was comparable to other competitors.

The service was average. They did the job on time and pretty much within the budget. I thought they could have been more careful when painting inside the house. Their was some overspray of paint that got on the outlets as well.
