They tore out my old bathtub, and put this in. They also had to re-do all the plumbing. They put it in in such a way that I could not get in and out safely. There was nothing to hold on to, and it was very unsafe. And, I couldn't get in to the tub except for a little bench, but you're freezing cold on there. I just responded to the TV ad, and they sent a man over who was a fantastic salesman. He kept asking me about my health, and telling me how this bathtub would solve all my problems. He even told me he could give me a discount (which he didn't). I also ended up having to pay for a subcontracted plumber. It was quite a smooth operation they had going, but it is no good. I ended up just tearing it back out and having a new bathtub installed. I would go without a bath before I would use them again.
