Did a tile job. The job was 24sq ft. The tiles were 12x24. I had 10sq ft of extra tile. He wasted the 10 extra ft and had one small piece barely enough left to finish the job. The grout lines are different widths, did not use the spacers uniformly. Also installed baseboard which was painted high gloss. He used latex caulk to which he smeared over the brad holes which then dried flat. I had to repaint all of the baseboard he installed. I had to give him wet cloth towels to cleans the trim set off the floor instead of the paper towels he was using. Will not use again.

I needed a repair to my roll top desk and the call from Home Advisor was very timely. Jim was quick to respond to my request. No sooner did I hang up the phone from Home Advisor and Jim called to respond. That call was on Thursday at 5:00 PM. Jim was at my home at 8:00 Friday morning and he took care of the repair And was finished by 9:00 am. He got the job done quickly and the fee was very reasonable. I would hire him again for additional work.
