Holly Sobiech (owner) provided not only the estimate but made suggestions. Some of the suggestions she made both made sense aesthetically but also ended up saving me probably a considerable amount of money. Other suggestions she made, I declined to follow which she readily accepted. After I accepted her estimate, which was approximately $400 less than another painter's estimate even after giving me a price break being a veteran, she and her assistant started work on time. She thought that the job would be done early afternoon but because of the need for a second coat shed did not complete the job until middle afternoon. The following day she called to tell me what the final bill was which was $100 less than her written estimate. I paid her the initial estimate amount of $950 as I thought that she under priced her work.
Description of Work: Patched holes, painted two coats, two colors for ceiling and walls for hallway, dining room and bathroom, which also needed to be primed.
