Description of Work: Bought for my mother for mothers day, called Cheryl to set up day for 2 cleaners 2 hours each. Cheryl said I need 2 week notice. I called Cheryl back any day except June 17th she said her daughter was in the hospital and could no longer do 2 cleaners for 2 hours each. Now she was booked for a month and it would be 1 cleaner for 4 hours. After over 6 weeks I looked someone who could do 2 cleaners 2 hours each. Very happy Kayla's Custom Cleaners did a outstanding job the next day. A+ @ mom will use again.

We tried to accommodate this potential client with several options but she just couldn't except that we were needing to send one of our best employees for four hours. I was taking care of my daughter who was in the hospital and kept in contact with her but suggested she be refunded for her purchase which she has been by Angie. Thanks again for your thoughts.

I've used Cheryl's cleaning services over 5 times, and Cheryl is absolutely spectacular. She does the job I would do myself if I had the time. She told me when she started that she is a perfectionist, which is completely true. Everytime she comes she asks if I'm satisfied with how things are going, and whether there are things I'd like them to do differently. She usually brings a helper along, but sometimes she brings two. She's very friendly, and when she's here her crew and her are not chit-chatty or constantly taking breaks. It's all about getting the job done . If I have any special requests, she's never said no we can't do that. They are just amazing people, and take great pride in their work. I would recommend Dust Busters to anyone looking for a good job.

Cheryl fit me into her schedule on my last-minute request and was very accomodating. They were both very nice and did an excellent job making my kitchen and bathroom company-worthy!
Description of Work: Cheryl and her assistant cleaned my bathroom and kitchen (two people for one hour @$35/hour each = $70 total). They were very professional and paid attention to the details. My bathroom was transformed from disaster to delightful! I was happy with the results in both rooms.

Cheryl was direct yet polite during the walk through when discussing specifics, which was very important to us when looking to hire someone new. She and her crew have been cleaning for us since July every week and doing a great job. She has been very accommodating whenever possible with scheduling. Overall this company is a great fit for our family and we are happy with how things are working out.
Description of Work: Price: Costlier than other cleaning crews/ladies we've hired but the finished product is worth it. Quality: The house definitely looks, smells, and feels cleaner after they've been here. Responsiveness: Cheryl always gets back to me right away by email or phone and takes care of any extra tasks immediately. Punctuality: Always on time and more importantly never skips out early. Professionalism: Takes her business very seriously and is very kind, courteous, and friendly.
