The small shop was busy both times I was in, but the atmosphere was great. Everyone who walked in was welcomed, and the two service people were very polite and helpful. This shop was worth a trip across town for me.

I looked them up on Angie's list on Monday, Feb 6. I tried calling the number, it rang, but no one answered. Because the hours were listed as Mon - Fri, we assumed they were busy, and my husband put the broken vacuum cleaner in the car and drove to the Vac Hut. A little while later, he returned home, informing me they were closed on Mondays. He left the vacuum cleaner in the car and returned after work the following day, when the cleaner was repaired quickly and professionally.

VERY REASONABLE PRICING. I TOOK A HOOVER IN THAT WASN'T QUITE SUCKING UP DIRT WHEN I USED THE CLEANING WAND. THE COUNTER PERSON WAS ABLE TO TELL ME RIGHT AWAY WHAT WAS WRONG, GAVE ME A PRICE, AND TOLD ME IT WOULD BE NO MORE THAN 10 DAYS. I RECEIVED THE CALL THAT IT WAS FIXED IN 5 DAYS, AND I THINK IT WORKS BETTER THAN WHEN I FIRST GOT IT. THE ESTIMATE WAS LESS THAN ANOTHER PROVIDER I CALLED.
