Gentlemen were prompt and professional. They went above and beyond to make sure my equipment was placed appropriately and working well.

These guys belong in a museum... the museum of exceptional service providers.  I didn't think these kinds of companies exited anymore. They first tried to walk me through fixing my equipment myself, then-when that wasn't possible-interceded with the manufacturer to move things along for parts. After doing the repair, they educated me on care  of the equipment. A thoroughly enjoyable experience and strongly recommended firm!

One of the most ethically-minded, customer service oriented businesses with which I've dealt. Did extensive at-home trouble-shooting over the phone with Steve Cudnoski this spring about my treadmill. Had it worked out that the running surface/belt needed to be replaced. His tech came out this summer to get it done. Great job, professional in his approach. But the very first time back on the treadmill, it stopped again, though the "symptoms" were a slightly different. Steve came out, did trouble-shooting and "diagnosed" that my motor and electrical board were shot, likely from the surface/running belt dragging. No worries, those parts are under warranty. But since this treadmill was purchased at Sears (2010), Sears had to come out to look at machine and then they were the ones to order the new motor from Sole. Had to pay them as well, but once ordered, Steve came out a second time to install the new parts. Had it running like a charm. Not only did he NOT charge me anything extra for those 2 calls, he didn't cash my original check until the job was done right. Will definitely go to him for my next treadmill or bike needs.

Excellent! Steve got there early and started right away. He talked to me about what I could do to keep the treadmill going and what I shouldn't be doing as well. I could tell by watching him work that he has been doing this a long time and knew what he was doing. He explained everything very well and gave me some tips for what I should be looking for in purchasing a new bike. He also offered to look at anything I was interested in if I emailed him the information. It was a great experience!

Excellent service: Steve arrived on time and completed work within the hour window. He fixed the problem, performed maintenance and answered many questions about the lifespan of my treadmill.

The person came and did an excellent job replacing the belt, the drive belt, and a complete cleaning.  He also gave detailed information regarding the future use and how long the treadmill would last.

I needed a working bike in 2 daysl.  They were able to accommodate me in a hurry.  Set up bike stand in front of my house, tuned it up, cleaned it up, put new tires on.  He also checked out and tuned up an old mountain bike that still had a year of life--good for my grandson to practice on- since he was graduating into a "real bike" later this year.  Super accommodating, even though I was not a typical client for them. Very professional and appeared incredibly knowledgable about bikes.

Replaced.  Only disappointment was that first visit didn't replace and made adjustments.  A few months later had him back to replace it.  Probably could have been a bit less cost if would have replaced on first visit.  But very professional and the treadmill is working fine. 

They did a great job. I didn't rate price because they came thru a Sear's plan that I had so didn't have to pay anything.

Very responsive and reliable.  Gave honest opinions of whether work was even worth it given the age of the treadmill I needed to have repaired.  Would definitely recommend!

After talking over problems, and trying a few things on our own, it was advised to scrap the treadmill and use batteries in the elliptical instead of plugging it in.  The cost of repairing the electrical on the elliptical was not worth the cost.  He gave out all advice for free which was appreciated.  I also asked his opinion about brands of new treadmills and he gave out his advice for free, too.  He has serviced our machines before for general maintenance and was very professional.  He was on time for our scheduled appointment and did a great job.  He is very knowledgable.

Everything went well. As I mentioned the appointment was within a reasonable time frame and the repairman was on time and efficient. He talked with me about what I could do to prolong the life of the treadmill and what I should not be doing. He also explained a lot about the machine to me. He was very nice and I recommended this company to my friends.

I called Steve, told him the problem, he said he would be out in 2 days, he came on the day promised and fixed the treadmill for the price quoted.

He did a great job and I appreciated it. He came when he said he would, he was on time, and it only took an hour to an hour and a half.

Appointment was set and everything went well.

Would definetly use this service again.

I spoke with Steve and explained the situation with our treadmill. We set up an appointment for him to check our treadmill. Steve arrived a few minutes early and was very professional. He went to work right away on our treadmill. He gave me several options to pick from regarding solving our treadmill issue and answered all of my questions. He solved all of our treadmill problems and gave it a tune up. After Steve left I was happily back on our treadmill working out.

After I moved into a new house, my treadmill wasn't working.  I called The Right Gear, and Steve was very responsive - did some research on the error code and tried to help me over the phone.  After it still wouldn't work for me, he came over and easily fixed the problem and performed general maintenance on the treadmill.  He was extremely professional and courteous.  I would definitely use The Right Gear again, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company!
